Visiting New York we found this little gem very good Americano good bakery items good sandwiches everything is fresh. The bread was delicious of course homemade bread is always the best enjoy

Terrible service, asked for cream and was told half and half is the same thing. Then gave me old half and half with visible chunks.

Awful coffee and service. The coffee was watered down and the bottom of my CK roast coffee tasted like mud. They must have given me the bottom of the pot. Another problem was with the price. We paid more for the coffee than what was listed. For example my friend ordered the matcha latte and on the board it says $4.90 but they told her it was $6.60. When we ask how come the price is so different, the server responded that the owner cannot change the price on the board. Th price for my CK roast medium said $2.45 but I paid $2.65. It wasn't a big discrepancy but the coffee was not good. I had to add cinnamon powder to it. Another friend ordered yrgacheffe coffee, also had to put cinnamon in her coffee as well because it was watered down and didn't taste good. Another thing that happened that made the service even worst is when my friend asked for a straw for the matcha latte and the server told her to go to another store and get a straw. He said it's not a big deal, just go get yourself a straw from elsewhere. The service and coffee was not good.

The service here is so slow and the staff is rude.My wife ordered a meal but I did not have time to wait so went some place else for a sandwich.I was time short due to a Dr. appointment ,didn't have time to wait. I brought my sandwich back to the Kup and sat with my wife while she waited for her 25.00 lunch.They asked me to leave because I brought in outside food.Even though my wife bought from there.

What a nice Café inside a mall. The interior makes you feel like you are in a cozy lil stand alone cafe and definitely not smack dab in the middle of a Galleria. There was only one Barista working the whole café and they did an amazing job of taking orders and preparing drinks. We settled on tea from Harney and Son's, one bag Chai Rooibos and one bag English Breakfast with steamed oat milk. Perfect and priced so reasonably even with the addition of ALT milk. Nye' also wanted a blueberry muffin because they carry the kind with a sugary muffin top.We sat in the corner near a cozy lil fireplace and people watched. Wonderful.

Wrong hours. A coffee shop should open a little earlier than 11am.On google page they say “opens at 10am” here I am, waiting an hour to get a cup of coffee

Perfect Mocha Cappuccino. Needed a mid day pick me up while shopping for some essentials. It was hot and made fresh to order. Barista was not overly friendly but she made a great cappuccino! Nice amount of foam & flavor of mocha with the expresso was on point!

Are there today for the first time. Very limited menu but it was wonderful and reasonably priced

absolutely love their lemonade. I love their iced chais as well. I go to the Raymond Ave. I've been going there for years never had an issues always friendly. and close to home.
