This is not a place to bring your family or kids. The area is super sketchy and your safety is definitely at risk. Besides that the food is decent and the staff is great. They're trying their best.

Honestly I'm kind of surprised that I didn't like it cuz usually Wendy's is my favorite fast food restaurant cuz they make the burgers when you order them not ahead of time. And you know what it very well may have been just a bad day for them but I don't know it seems like everything went wrong food sucked service sucked everything sucked.

Sunday nite about 1230am going thru drive thru ordered two number 4's. Somehow person listening to order understood 4 diet cokes. At window for pickup girl had attitude like I ordered incorrectly. Order corrected but girl still had major attitude. Slammed window door when retrieving order. Handed bag of food over in aggressive manner.

All the sodas ran out as soon as we got there and it was hilarious, got served at the window by Qwahara and we all had a good laugh. She gave us extra ketchup and even got our missing fries, best night shift people ever!

I ended up throwing everything out it wouldn't pick up anything on camera because it was too dark but I had hair in my food I had wanted to not get pickles because I'm allergic but they put nothing but pickles in my burger no ketchup nothing the milkshake made me sick someone needs to be fired this crap makes me sick I'm never getting food from you again!

(1/2)This place is horrible, went through the drive through and this lady that was working around 6:30pm was rushing me to order faster so she can get the line moving, when i pull to the 2nd window she only gets one item out of my 6 item order, so i restate my entire order again and even while im restating it she rushes me going “ok ok ok ok ok”, again she gets my order wrong giving me no chili, so i go inside and i ask for my chili and she goes that i never ordered it. Maybe if this incompetent worker would listen for a second instead of rushing me she would get my order right. (2/2) After all that back and forth i go home and try to eat my food just to see that my reg fries and my cheese fries are severely undercooked and feel extremely nauseous rn, never ever coming to this wendy’s again and will be taking this matter to corporate.
Usually love this Wendy’s. It says the indoor pickup is until 10. Placed an online order on the Wendy’s app for 9:50 pickup. We got to the door and it was locked. Don’t mislead customers to believe they can do carry out if you lock the doors way before it ends.

I ordered 4 biggie bags and didn’t get not one sauce in my bag with any food franchise if you don’t have the recommended sauce you need to use something similar or just ketchup
