Bad Experience Siad they has Cinnamon Sugar Pretzels after we paid said they didn't and could only offer regular presents that tasted and looked like they had been left put for hours, especially compared to Auntie Annie's upstairs bad service will never visit again.

Just wanted a nosh. Ordered a regular pretzel with salt. Pretty easy order, can't screw that up, right? $5. and change. Went to sit down to eat it and in the bag were pretzel nuggets that were mostly burned. See the photo. I was going to go back and say something, but why bother! I didn't get a receipt either. The teenager behind the counter tossed it immediately. Later I noticed there's a sign by the menu that says "If you don't get a receipt, it's free." There didn't seem to be a manager on duty. I just won't go there again.

We walked by snd decided to get pretzels. There is a sign that says if receipt is not given. our order is free. He threw the receipt in the garbage I called him at it. I didn't want him to get in trouble, so we took dang was offered, my first bite snd they are stale and burnt. Sorry but never again

I ordered the pizza bites with sauce and frozen drink. The drink was good, the sauce was good, the bites were stale and terrible. It was over priced so I will not go back. At least he service was friendly!
