I was interested in the difference between the 3 loaves they had yesterday and the lady was so nice and knowledgeable explaining what I'd get in terms of taste and texture between the 3 different ancient grains(or combo thereof) in the loaves. Needless to say I bought a loaf, which was delicious. I also ordered a daily special sandwich which was great. Would absolutely recommend a stop if you're in the area, I'll definitely be coming back.
