123sourdpugh is truly a gem in Pound Ridge! The bread is absolutely amazing — real sourdough with the perfect balance of taste and texture. You can tell right away that they use high-quality ingredients, and every bite reflects the care that goes into making it.

Beyond the bread, they also offer incredible matcha, delicious sandwiches, Asian-inspired bites, and other tasty products that make it hard to leave empty-handed.

Super friendly staff. I was interested in the difference between the 3 loaves they had yesterday and the lady was so nice and knowledgeable explaining what I'd get in terms of taste and texture between the 3 different ancient grains(or combo thereof) in the loaves.
Needless to say I bought a loaf, which was delicious. I also ordered a daily special sandwich which was great.
Would absolutely recommend a stop if you're in the area, I'll definitely...

The bread at 123 Dough is fresh and full of flavor. Perhaps because it’s made with healthy ingredients, it feels light and comforting after eating. Recently, they’ve expanded their menu, and it’s a delight to explore all the new options. The salads and spicy noodle soup are also delicious. Don’t miss out on their apple pie and scones—they’re a must-try!
