Yet another great experience at North Star. We went last night and shared the Tuna Tartare app and then I had Wiener Schnitzel that was extremely good, but the Artic Char my wife had was stupendous. It's also appropriately priced for the quality, which other restaurants could pay more attention to this. If you haven't been there, this is a do not miss!

Should be called “One Star” because that’s what it gets as a review. Shockingly unfriendly service from the host to the waitress. Just sour faces. Food was some of the worst I have ever had in a restaurant. It was as if it had been in their freezer for years and they just microwaved it and gave it to us. They nonchalantly asked if the food was ok without even fully stopping to listen. We said it was not and they just said “sorry about that” and kept walking. It’s also completely overpriced and right on the main road so all you get if you sit outside is car exhaust with your meal. I have no idea why any review has been more than one star.

Food was excellent all around. The tuna tartar was delicious as was the sea bass. Salads were delicious. There was an issue with a special peach salad served with unripe peaches but there was no issue exchanging for a different salad. It is rather high priced and the portions were very modest. We ate outside on the porch which was lovely.
My husband and I enjoyed dining at North Star on their lovely porch. It was a beautiful night, perfect for eating outdoors. The food, as always, was fantastic—full of flavor and beautifully plated. Whether you're after a casual dinner or a special night out, this place never lets you down. The combination of great food, a charming atmosphere, and David, the owner, along with his wonderful staff, makes it a must-visit. Highly recommend!
