Not sure what's happening with this place. The quality of the food has changed from last year. The chicken does not taste as good. How in the heck do you serve gummy tostones? Not very happy with my last visit, so I decided to take a break from this restaurant. Even the service was lacking.

Elena's rarely fails! I haven't been in a long time and decided to go on a Thursday night. It was my first time having the Snapper and the chef did not disappoint! The Snapper came with roasted potatoes and mixed vegetables. The vegetables tasted like the mix bag of veggies you get from Costco but I wasn't mad at how it was seasoned. I've been a customer for over 27 years. It used to be a neighborhood staple. High quality food & great service with fair prices. Unfortunately, the quality of the food is not as good anymore. I wouldn't recommend this spot.
