Papa Johns Pizza

I really like Papa John’s — the pizza is always tasty, and I love how you can customize it just the way you want. The flavor is great and everything feels fresh.

But the only downside is the wait time. One time, I placed a mobile order and the app said my order was ready for pickup. But when I got to the store, it actually wasn’t ready, and I still had to wait more than half an hour. That was really frustrating.

I understand the staff is working hard, and they’re always polite, but maybe they need more workers to handle the rush and reduce the delays. It would really help improve the experience.

Other than that, the food is amazing and the staff is nice — just hope the wait time issue gets better!

I ordered from Uber Eats for pick up . My Uber app said ready for pick up so i walked in to pick up my order. told staff member my pick up is ready. He looked at me and did not say anything . I waited another 6 or so minutes and asked the other staff member and he said not ready, I waited another 5 mins and asked again nicely as to why the app says ready and they saying its not. The staff person raised their voice, he got upset and was hostile. When i said calm down, he asked me to leave the store, so i left and did not wait any longer for this type unwarranted and unacceptable behavior. I also saw another staff member had flour in his hand while doing the cash register. They were not wearing gloves as well. I had a better experience with the Papa John's on Union Tpke. This was the first and will be the last time to order from this location. I highly recommend you avoid them as after reading other reviews, they have poor customer service, always delayed and many have issues with the quality and quantity of their orders. They should not be in the service business if that is the way they treat their customers. Order some place else. Its not worth it!!!

I went Sunday at noon the employee on the cashier seemed a bit unfriendly. Also, it would be great if they had a seat available while you wait for your order. The pizza looks good but to bland of taste, more spices would make it better

Employee was very rude, had a very bad attitude when I went to pick up an order for a client. If you dont like your job then why be there? Find another job you actually enjoy doing. Don't take it out on others, it's not our fault you are so miserable.

I ordered jalapeño bites at 11.30pm night but the front person who take my order he very badly taken my order like used like this i first time came in USA ?? I got shocked ...this is totally a bad experience ever i found here...this services effect on your business..

Awful customer service. Refused to give takeout plate. Request for crash pepper and they charge $0.80 per pack! Very disappointed with the Francis lewis blvd location.

Ordered a veggie 5-toppings pizza baked well done. 3 out of 5 toppings were missing and barely visible. On top of that the female employee started giving me her two cents on this. Don't ever order a veggie pizza with toppings as you gonna get a bald pizza!

I ordered from there sometime and everytime they put less toppings today i went back and explain them i wanted extra mushroom but in some pieces there is no single piece of mushroom
They said they can’t change it
So what im paying for?
I will not go there ever

The manager is rude. Stop putting ad flyers inside people mailbox.

It honestly got better some of the reviews are outdated. It’s a take out spot only I do recommend ordering over the phone because you have to wait in person for it be made which isn’t bad at all. Average wait time is 10 minutes.
