I’m writing to share a very disappointing experience I had at your coffee shop.
I ordered an iced matcha latte that cost $8.70 which is already on the expensive side. Unfortunately, it was genuinely undrinkable — extremely bitter and unpleasant. I took one sip and knew I couldn’t finish it.
I politely asked if it was possible to switch to a different drink. The barista handled the situation professionally and kindly agreed to make another drink. I appreciated that and thought the issue was resolved.
However, about a minute later, the female owner came out and confronted me, saying that if the matcha latte tasted bad, I should have “added more syrup to make it sweeter,” and that switching to a different drink meant I had to pay again.
I was honestly shocked. Telling a customer that it’s their responsibility to fix a poorly made $8 drink by adding syrup is unacceptable. Even worse, reversing your own employee’s reasonable decision and putting the blame on the customer shows a serious lack of professionalism.
At that point, I was too uncomfortable to argue further, so I paid and left — but I will never return.
Bad drinks can happen. What matters is how a business handles them. In this case, poor management completely ruined what could have been a simple, fair resolution.
I hope you reconsider how you treat customers in situations like this, because this experience alone is enough to make sure I won’t recommend this place to anyone.

I really like this place when it comes to doing work, it’s very cozy and the atmosphere is welcoming. I love their coffees but the one that has my heart is the dalgona coffee it’s not too sweet or too strong, just perfect and the pieces of dalgona make it tastier

I was driving by,, craving for a quality coffee and snack ,,Absolutely fantastic coffee quality and lovely stuff,, 1of the best spot for cold or hot Coffe and snack
I came here to work and the atmosphere is very nice for working! I got a sweetened iced matcha with oat milk. I’m sorry to say it was probably the worst matcha I ever had in my life. I probably had at most 10 sips and couldn’t finish. Not worth the $9 (including tip) at all.

This was the best cafe I've tried in a long time. The iced tiramisu latte and spicy tuna wrap were both delicious, and the staff was also very nice. Nice place to get work done. Will definitely be coming back soon.

My favorite place this yeaaaarr. I love love love this place!! Their hot ‘n cold foods, their Madelines esp the creme brulee one???? and their coffees are soooo good!!! (Super strong but just the way i like it :3) But other than their food their customer service is outstanding! I don’t know her name but she makes my mornings everyday so I head to work happy 😂 Thank you so much and i’ll be bringing myself and my friends all the time lol!

This store used to be a convenient store. They switched to a cute Lil coffee shop. I must say it is on the pricier side, but it was delish. When I went there was only one girl working. Also it's cheaper when you pay in cash.
