I was incredibly disappointed with my recent experience here. When I got home, I found my truffle fries soggy instead of crispy, and my chicken tenders were burnt. My boyfriend’s chicken sandwich was good, but his fries were also soggy.
This was such a letdown, especially since just four months ago, I had an amazing experience here with four family members. The food back then was perfectly cooked, with great portions, and came in cool, branded 375 paper boxes — no plastic at all. This time, I spent over $50, only to receive small portions of poorly prepared food.
I’m honestly not sure what changed, but I won’t be coming back. Food isn’t cheap, so it should at least be worth the price. Thank you for taking this feedback seriously, as it was a big letdown compared to my last visit.

Chicken wings were ok, not very flavorful in my opinion. The sliders were much better but I personally wouldn’t come back here again. Was not worth the price and honestly, popeyes chicken is better.

Once you tasted 375's fried chicken, you would not want to go back to places like KFC nor Popeyes. Waffles are must try as well!
