The restaurant offered a prefix menu that wasn't advertised while making the reservation. Despite having a reservation we still had to wait 30 minutes to be seated. The options on the prefix menu were not worth the price of $147 per person.

Overall experience was Ok, the service is excellent, the food could've been better, seating can be a little tight depending on where you sit, this spot is a real vibe tho, good music and ambiance, can be pricey

I had a great time only downside was I let them know it was my boyfriend's birthday and I'd like for them to sing it was a surprise I was expecting once we finished our meals they would sing happy birthday they never did it other than that great food, great service.

no organization, food was not worth it, the owner was so rude to my group, waited on drinks for almost 30 minutes

My go-to coffee shop! Service is always friendly and the coffee is wonderful. They sell matcha, cocoa, and bracelets as well, which I gifted my family for Christmas. Highly recommend!

We had 7:30pm reservations and were sat promptly at 7:20. We were sat and asked what water we would like to drink. Then we ordered some cocktails. Our waiter told us to order our apps and meal at the same time because the kitchen would be slammed but all the found wouldn't come out together. We ordered around 7:35. By 7:45 the apps arrived and not 3-4 minutes later our steak and sides arrived. My steak wasn't cooked the way I asked, both the steaks were cold and we couldn't even enjoy our apps because now we needed to eat the meal. If the place was busy I could understand the idea of bulk ordering but I was disappointed in the food, service and overall experience. We won't be going back there.

This is my fourth time coming here. I've already had 3 large dinners with over 10 people and for some reason everytime the bill comes it seems like they're waiting right over you to clean up the table. I have had decorated tables which require me taking stuff back down but I could barely gather myself and pay for the bill because they were snatching the table clothes off and picking up so many things. All in all, the food is good my server was amazing I've had him before but I do not like the fact that the restaurant was basically empty and I was being forced out after spending so much.

I first came here with my dad when my parents visited from out of state after the birth of my first child a few months ago. It was awesome!! Super quick service and the food was great except the pan de bono was a little tasteless. Both my parents got the breakfast croissants with ham, egg, and spinach and loved it. I just got two cheese arepas and split a carrot bread slice with my wife—she also got pan de bono. I’ve since come back for a snack or coffee a few times (I live a five minute walk away) and really enjoy it—usually I just get a plain arepa and coffee or an americano. The only small thing (and why I would give this 4.5 stars) is that the one time I got a plain espresso it tasted too burned for my palette—that might by a me problem.

Anyway a great place to go!

The place is definitely smaller than I expected, which probably explains why reservations are a must. The ambience was beautiful good vibes, good music, and a really friendly staff. The drinks were great, mine were strong , and the food was solid overall. My strip steak was perfectly tender, but it could've used a little more seasoning like salt. The mashed potatoes were slightly cold, but it balanced out because my salmon was piping hot. The highlight for me was the birthday moment where they came out with a huge sign and sparkler to sing, which made it feel really special. I'd probably come back again! It's just far from where i live.

Great thank you for making my husband's birthday special, The guy that was my server last was extraordinary, he's great at doing his job. Thank you for your service and your patience.

Food is amazing! a TAD pricey but 100% worth it. they did a birthday celebration free of charge which was also amazing, overall just a good experience would 10/10 recommend.

I’ve been coming to this café for years and used to love it — the ladies who worked there were kind, and the pastries were great. But ever since a new male employee started, the atmosphere has gone completely downhill. He’s been rude, aggressive, and outright nasty.

Today was the last time I’ll ever buy a coffee here. While I was simply adding cinnamon and sugar to my drink, he deliberately pushed the swinging door toward me, nearly hitting me. He made disgusted faces, clearly because of a prior interaction we’d had. It was hostile and inappropriate.

The food quality has dropped, prices are inflated, and the staff attitude is unacceptable. It seems like they only want to cater to a specific crowd now, and as someone who’s been loyal for years, that’s both disappointing and discriminatory.
