I called around 10 PM to place a pickup order. The restaurant hours online and on delivery apps like DoorDash and Grubhub showed they were still open. However, the girl who answered the phone said they were closing soon and then hung up while I was still explaining . I understand closing time can be busy, but the interaction felt unprofessional. A polite explanation would have been appreciated.

My second order looked like they just split one serving into two containers, and this last time, they forgot an item entirely. Never again!
