I no longer have to go to New Jersey to eat like in Peru. Good service and the main thing... the 3 Bs... good, pretty and not so cheap but you will be satisfied. I have returned more than 3 times and will continue to return until the dishes decrease. For now Excellent and very good. Don't regret it unless you like gourmet food. Otherwise...DON'T GO!!!!!!

100 dollars for 2 people to eat 1 ceviche 1 jalea and 1 seco con frijoles with 2 small pieces of meat? Not worth it at all! The fish for the ceviche was not fresh it was all chewy n hard.the seco was a plate full of frijoles and the sauce from the seco.meat was 2 small pieces.the baleadas was the only good thing. Went to have lunch with mom on Saturday I’ve been eager for a while to to visit the restaurant because of all their commercials we sat we were not greeted right away,I ordered my usual which is ceviche it arrived presented very nicely but it lacked flavor I ordered skewers of beef heart they were super salty did not eat them they said it was a new chef also ordered a dish ají de gallina lacked flavor was bland forgot to mention Peru cuisine is well known for their rotisserie chicken they said they did not have any also their menu had no prices. Very disappointed.

I loved the food, I feel like I'm in Peru, a family atmosphere, very homemade and delicious food, my favorite dish was the Ceviche con Causa, it blew my mind. I'm very special about eating ceviche, I don't do it anywhere but I CAN RECOMMEND THIS BLINDLY, the service is impeccable and I would only like them to improve the atmosphere so that it looks more Peruvian and picturesque. The TV they put on was great that they did it but instead of music they could also show your dishes, your desserts , the grills, the grilled chickens, etc. so the customer can look at the variety of dishes and can come back. I congratulate you, Woodhaven needed a restaurant like yours since many Peruvian people have moved here, I wish you all the best ???

The atmosphere is great, they play good music. The ceviche and the arroz chaufa were delicious. The hot sauce ( I can eat this by itself, lol) . The waiters were super attentive. Definitely recommend, on top of everything that I liked Nino Segarra walked in ( salsa singer) what?! . What a great experience! :)

If I could put ZERO stars I would but in a heart beat. I never taught that I would ever have to take my time to write a review but I’m disgusted by the fact I even thought about it eating in this place. YESTERDAY EXACTLY ON NEW YEARS DAY , I went with my family to this Peruvian restaurant to try their food and see who I could recommend this place too, BOOM one of the employees snatches the menu from us while we’re reading them and says GET OUT I’m not going to take care of you and I don’t feel like it. The server already looked like she had poor hygiene and to make things worst she had a really nasty attitude. I honestly didn’t know what the issue was about but I felt offended and discriminated, there’s ways to approach someone politely even if she lied about it were closed ,would’ve been okay but no the lady other than she told us rudely to get out she yanked the menu from our hands while I was reading it, I’m never the person to be racist but this restaurant is with their South American mentality thinking that their in their country and they could do whatever they want. I myself am South American and never would I do that especially if I owe the restaurant or see that the employee would treat costumers like that not under my book. In my 25 years I never encountered a restaurant with people with that attitude , they just opened and they should learn about RESPECT & BEING HUMBLE something they lack off. I’m also probably a little happy that this happened because you never know what people can put in your food, I as a person who worked in the restaurant industries for years can conclude this is very much true, and to put the cherry on top other than the people who had a nasty attitude to begin with the cook had the audacity to start yelling at us with no HAIR NET on while being in the KITCHEN.My friendly advice is to go to any other restaurant than this one, I’m pretty sure that there is other restaurants that will treat you the way you’re suppose.
