We’ve been going to A Zhong Taiwanese Cuisine for a few years now. It’s not “OMG just like Taiwan,” but some of the dishes do taste pretty close — and some… honestly not at all. 😂

But overall, it hits enough of that Taiwanese craving that we still come back from time to time.

Just a heads-up though: it’s definitely not cheap. The flavor is kind of a mix, but still good enough that we keep returning when we want something that feels sort of like home.

The oyster noodles were tasty and reminded me of home. The batter on the oysters was a little thick, but overall it was flavorful and smooth.

The cashier was quite unpleasant and displayed a poor attitude. Additionally, the oysters were not fresh.

The fried stinky tofu we got today was not deeply fried and too bland. The lady at the counter said that’s how they make it and she could only give me some soy source to make it more flavorful. The food quality is getting worse now. I won’t come back again.

My sister and I have been to this place and ordered oyster pancake, beef noodle soup, stinky tofu, and others. The food and service were fantastic and yummy. The atmosphere was that there were lots of people because it is part of a mall food court on the bottom level.

Typical food court environment. They are the only place with 大腸麵線 which is pretty good and authentic. Their beef noodle is subpar. The sticky tofu decent and authentic.

We ordered the fish over the rice and inside the fish, it’s still red and not cooked. Hope they could do better next time.

I’m pretty happy with this Taiwanese counter at the food hall! We got the steak and fried squid. The steak is one of the most expensive items in this food hall (around $28) but was well worth it, with at least three pieces of steak.

The steak came with yummy sweet jasmine tea and the fried squid came with a salad.

I miss Taiwanese food, the intestine vermicelli noodles in particular. The dish does not taste exactly like the “A Zhong” chain in Taiwan which I was little disappointed by but one of the better Taiwanese eats I’ve had in the states.

I thought the food was good and a great value for the price. I got the salt and pepper chicken over rice and it came with several sides as well. Good service.

My sister and I came to this place months ago and the food was good both of us ordered stinky tofu, thin noodles with oysters, and braised pork rice. The service was good and the atmosphere was busy with people cooking.

Please, can you please change your name? I've tried it several times and I've been disappointed every time. What kind of Taiwanese snacks? It doesn't taste Taiwanese at all. It's so unpalatable. The beef noodles don't even have a beef flavor, no soup and no flavor. I won't eat here again. It's really a shame for Taiwan. human face???

Unpalatable, the pork chop was dry. I don’t know what the braised beef rice is. There is no serious master.
