Fabulous coffee school with its own top notch coffee shop. Baristas, instructors and staff are extremely knowledgeable and the only SCA certified school in NY (and one of the few in the US).
Coming here is an experience. The baristas are world class and happy to share their knowledge. I had a really exceptional pour over that the barista checked for quality before she gave it to me. Not a lot of places do that these days. It really felt like a tea ceremony- very special. I purchased coffee, then went back for sandwiches for lunch with a colleague.
The food was delicious-great sandwiches-and the person who served us was friendly and professional. Definitely going back.
The only drawback for me was that they do not serve decaffeinated coffee.
