Must try for a sweet fix! So many unique flavors of gelato & I love that they’re always changing it up. I am not a big coffee person but their cappuccinos are delish!

Not the best service regarding asking for samples, I was looking to buy gelato for my whole family of 12 and I asked one of the workers for samples and the guy gave me 3 spoonfuls and told me to share as if I'm in kindergarten, then when I asked for more samples of another flavor the worker told me no because it's too much ice cream for someone thats not going to buy, I felt embarrassed and judged

Cute place, but can be much better organized inside. Great service, very friendly and cool staff. Gelato was noting special - even though they say it’s « home-made » and « Italian » .. but no one could explain what does it actually mean and where it is made?
Extremely strong coffee, I had small americano, that tasted like it was 5 shots of espresso straight up. Vanilla gelato was ok, tasted somewhat synthetic.
It’s great location, perfect business idea since there are not many sweet cafes in the area. But no wonder it was empty on Sunday afternoon .. there is a lot to improve in food. Service was great through.

I've been eyeing this place since it opened but never stopped by until tonight. Hopefully it was just a fluke of an experience but I did not enjoy it. The gentleman working had his air pods in the whole time while he was serving a long line (6 customers) and was talking to his friend instead of with the customers. The scoops were messy and getting on the cup (he was just scraping the gelato on there) and the presentation of the gelatos just looked stale and messy overall. I tried the strawberry and it tasted more like bubble gum. It's cute on the outside, but that's about all this place has going for it. Surprisingly Figo is cheaper and much better if you want a much better gelato experience!

I recently visited Aida’s Parkside in New York, and it was a wonderful experience! The gelato was rich, creamy, and full of authentic flavors. Each scoop was a treat.
The best part was the service. Omar, the worker who helped me, was perfect—so friendly and welcoming. He explained the different flavors, offered samples with a smile, and gave great recommendations.
The shop had a cozy and inviting atmosphere, making it a great place to relax and enjoy your gelato. Whether you’re a local or just visiting, I highly recommend Aida’s parkside. I can't wait to go back and try more flavors!
Overall, a 5-star experience with fantastic gelato and amazing service.

I loved this place!!
Ice cream and pastries were amazing… and when it comes to the service it was more than perfect. The employee there (Omar) is so friendly and helpful.(He also mentioned that there is vegan ice cream which they have a plenty of)
Will be definitely coming back!

Worst gelato / ice cream I’ve ever had. It’s really hard to mess up vanilla and pistachio, but the flavors were awful. Tasted very artificial and very very sweet.
The person working there smeared the gelato all over the cup (I really mean all over - there was nowhere to hold without getting sticky stuff all over my hands). I wanted to try the vegan croissant and when I asked, he told me that a gelato flavor was not vegan, after scooping it into a sloppy cup (info didn’t matter but he should say that before scooping something). He also picked up a croissant with his hand and put it on a baking sheet instead of using the sheet to pick up the pastry. He touched the signs with the pastry names on them and then picked up the pastry to give it to me.
He also gave me the tiniest scrapes of gelato when I asked to taste the flavors. I’ve never had such small scrapes for tasting - it’s hard to taste much. It is also very stingy so does not feel good.
There are MuCH better gelato shops around. This place is way overpriced for stuff that tastes worse than Kirkland ice cream or trash you get from a generic truck. Don’t waste your money.
If you must eat there, bring wet wipes.
