Went to happy hour and decided to eat at this place. The strogonofe de frango was okay. The caldo verde not so much because it had big chuncks of potato when it's not supposed to. It should be nive and creamy, and it had BBQ sausege in it instead of calabresa. The portion of sausace with yuca was not very good either, and it came without any onions as it should. The collar greens side portion was dry and had no garlic as it should. Only the caipirinha was good, and with that in mind the bartender is the only one who seemed to take work seriously. The rest of the staff was just having a very loud conversation to the point I could not enjoy my meal. Not to mention the waiter never brought me any fork and knife. I only had a spon to eat the caldo verde. The place accross the street "Rio Market" has way better food to be honest. If I ever be back here will be only for drinks.

I went there 3 times, and I am still waiting for my food. Thats only kind of a joke, the problem is the food is amazing and waiter is very nice. But they don’t have a lot of the options that are on the menu, and they take FOREVER to brung your food. No joke it took 3 hours every single time I went. You may be thinking, why did I go back? Every time I went back thinking they may have had a bad day, but it was a terrible experience every time. Its very disorganized, I saw the waiter leave multiple times to buy items we had ordered (drinks etc), and in a group people get their food at different times. I got my appetizer after I received my main course. Nothing here makes sense. Its unfortunate because the food is very good, but it is not worth the terrible experience.

Got there at 2:30pm and left at 5:30pm… didn’t receive my dessert but paid for it so had to get refunded. Great Brazilian food so has potential to be an amazing place, but it just takes FOREVER to get your food. This was my second time here because the first time took forever but I wanted to give it another shot because the waiter is super nice and the food is so good but it took forever again so I won’t be coming back. Every time I asked for an update for my meal or my friends, the response was, “it’s on the way” and then 40 minutes later, still nothing… also it sucks eating in a group where someone gets their food and the next gets it 30 minutes later and the last person receives their food 1.5 hours later and it’s just grilled chicken…

Literally waited 2 hours for food. Some people at our table were already having desert while some did not even receive their appetizer.Food is good, server was very nice and attentive but the owner needs to do something about the kitchen service. There must have been 1 chef in there on a Sunday. Its not worth the wait. And when we go there the restaurant was empty.Some items never came we ended up cancelling those items and getting a refund after already paying, all while paying 20% tip.Sorry to say we will not be returning.

I don’t have nothing to complain about the food quality because it was very good. But I will never come back to this place, first we ask if they can put the real madrid vs barca game because we thought brazilian love soccer so they must put the game. They have two big screen and the he told me he can’t put because there was another brazil game almost to start but then a big fish came and he asked for the barca game and they did for him. Then the worst part our food came after 1h!!!they kept saying its here but never came

First time I came here I remember the burger being somewhat decent, not remarkable but it got the job done. This time it was absolutely disgusting & dry and they burnt the bacon. I hadn’t eaten anything at all today and didn’t want to waste 30+ minutes waiting on another order so I powered through it. The drinks were good which is why this review has 2 stars instead of 1. I can’t see myself coming back to this restaurant for food that is so costly and bad. If a burger is $20+ like the ones here then it should be out of this world juicy and delicious

Wonderful bar and restaurant. Even on a Sunday night it was packed full with some great live Samba music and everyone was smiling and dancing, having the best time. Such amazing vibes, and the food and drinks were excellent too. I will absolutely be back. Oh, and if you're looking for an authentic Brazilian experience - look no further. This is definitely the place!

Absolutely a wonderful way to spend an evening...we were there for a company holiday party. The place was hired out and they even had entertainment. The staff especially the bartenders were so willing to accommodate and helpful with suggestions. The empanada beef chicken and shrimp skewers were delicious; awesome hot sauce and tzatziki. I ordered the salmon which was perfectly cooked my friend had the steak with the yucca fries which were by far the best yucca fries I've ever had . Then to make room for desert holy their flans the passion fruit and regular was amazing. Then the owner Antonio was kind of enough to let us tour the expansion which will be amazing! This us a place to see in Astoria!
Love this park. Take my dog there all the time.
