Staff is always lovely... but pizza is garbage. I remember introducing my best friend to the best artichoke pizza over 10 years ago on 14th (The OG) I was excited to have it closer to home.... but like everything that gets big, makes a brand blah blah blah... goes to s**** Horrible pizza, Albas is the best! Walk a few blocks and get a good slice

Just now bought myself a slice, and was told by the employee there that because I'm not of a "Northern persuasion," (i.e. Asian American) I should not eat their products because they have cheese on them. Thanks, I'm American, and I've had many slices of pizza in my lifetime. This is seriously insane. But if you like a pizza parlor stuck in the 1950s with all the applicable racist stereotypes , by all means....

I want to rate this higher cause the pizza is so good but the revolving door staff, quite frankly, sucks. I mean they are really bad. Also, never, and I mean NEVER, order from them. Have tried this twice and both times were a disaster where the pizza took 2 hours, after many calls, to arrive. If you do go in person, the vodka Sicilian slice is the bomb.

7 months pregnant, 2 hours later and no food! Ordered on seamless and was no way to contact them with any of the numbers they have listed. Not even Seamless could contact them, they should remove them as a listing, so folks don't get scammed and end up waiting 2 hours for food that will never come. Stop promoting that you are an establishment that delivers or even cares about the business when you have no way for you customers to contact you, especially in this day and age of technology. Awful.

Pizza never disappoints. Having lunch special makes it even better.

After attending an event near by we needed some food glad these guys were still open. Checking in with Yelp gets u a free soda or water, not bad.. good to get free stuff. On the pizza we had The Artichoke slice, love this one very good .. great tasting artichoke sauce & combo, next favorite is the Vodka slice, Sicilian style so much on it with the cheese & sauce very good & heavy slice. Also tried the Margarita very good nice tasting sauce & the Pepperoni good as well. All their slices tend to be big & very heavy even with starving u are good with just one extra slices always make great left overs & generally heat up very well the next day. Small location, nicely set up.. service was good & quick for the most part, prices are typical to the chain, we enjoyed our pizza.

I dont live in Astoria, but when I do go I just have to pass by here for a slice. The pizza, bomb. The staff, amazing. Convenient location too by the first stop of the N&W trains.

what in the world is this? artichoke 2 blocks away, ordered a slice and some breadsticks delivery. THIS is what i got!? how did someone look at this and think for even a second this was acceptable? i rarely eat pizza and i can tell you 100% i wont be eating or ordering here ever again.

We ordered the artichoke pizza and it came on time which was great. The pizza is tasty with a creamy alfredo like sauce. The thick part of the crust was crunchy which was great. The pizza didn't come with a lot of artichokes or spinach on it so it was more like soft bread with alfredo, tasty but very heavy. The crust supporting the toppings was soft. It was okay all in all. I think it would be better in the restaurant. Mera's Tip: try it

This is my favorite pizza chain! The prices are higher than regular NY pizza slices but they are big slices so it is definitely filling. This location renovated the inside so there are lots of high tables now along with seats by the bar. It usually isn't packed inside so there's plenty of seats to go around. There is metered parking in front but also parking in the neighborhood around it. My favorite slices are the crabmeat slice and the famous artichoke slice. They heat it up for you so it's hot and melty when you get it. The crabmeat slice is thin crust and the artichoke slice is a nice thick crust that's just full of flavor from the thick sauce on top. The crust is also crispy and not doughy, which gives it a nice texture with each bite. This location is also open very late, perfect for midnight munchies. They recently added lunch specials to the menu which include 2 slices and a drink for $9 or $14 for beer/wine which is a great price! Highly recommend coming to try them out if you haven't already!

Came here this past weekend with my wife, because she was craving artichoke pizza. I would highly recommend getting it if you're in the area. Their lunch specials are pretty good 2 slices and a drink for 9 bucks, I think the other slices I did have especially the pepperoni and sausage slice did not live up to expectations. Overall it is a great place to get the artichoke pizza. Fyi they do have a bar available if you want to grab a drink.

Never had artichokes before, the artichoke pizza was amazing. I'm a big guy the pizza slice was bigger than my hand. They also had this pasta type of pizza, sounded weird but fire! Will be coming back to have more soon.
