The drink I had was definitely delicious and there were a lot of peaches that you could tell they put a lot in there. You do need to wait for some time though even if they just opened.

The employees do not wear gloves and stack all cups touched by their bare hands together. They put stickers on the cups then stack them back together. This is concerning... All other bubble tea places in flushing don’t do this

The durian mochi milk tea doesn’t have much of a durian flavor—just tastes like sweet milk—so it’s not really worth trying

Unfortunately the wait time for this place is insanely long. You should probably order and just do something else. Our drink was supposed to take 30 minutes but it took over an hour.

It used to be one of my favorite coffee shops. However, after moving to the new location, the management is in a mess. The waiting time changes from within 5 mins to almost 1 hour! It is crazy. The worse thing is that the long waiting time is not because the number of orders they receive, but more due to low work efficiency of staff and disordered order number. It seems they have enough staff and everyone is busy, but it is ridiculous to see no cashier and lots of finished order put on the table inside just waiting for packing. Also, the order number is decorative. I ordered on kiosk and was told my order number was 'eaten' by the machine when I heard the order with number larger then mine is ready. And this happens after I asked the staff one time earlier and was told my order is under preparation 😒. I can accept the accident, but I can't accept a lie.

Unfortunately was unable to try due to slow service and poor customer service. We ordered 2 drinks and received a text that it would be a 90 minute wait (not a joke). Waited 30 mins but the line had barely moved, so had to cancel our order. When cancelling, the service was so rude, kept ignoring us, did not apologize for the wait and was still taking orders via phone? Will not be coming back here

Incredibly slow and some of the rudest staff I’ve encountered, they act like you owe them and you’re bothering them just by showing up. Don’t bother ordering in person unless you’re prepared to wait forever. They don’t separate pickup and in-house orders, so everything gets backed up. I waited over 30 minutes for a coffee, only to be told there were still 10+ orders ahead of me. Other spots nearby manage higher volume with way better efficiency and attitude. Save yourself the frustration and go literally anywhere else.
