Getting boba at Artisan was pretty chaotic -- there were many people waiting outside and clamoring for attention inside. We were told it would take about 40 minutes to get our drinks, so we left to visit a nearby claw machine shop. When we returned, we had to remind them of our orders and they made them soon after.I got the jasmine green milk tea with boba. The milk tea was good, but the boba was not that fresh and was lacking in flavor.Overall, based on my experience, it wasn't worth the wait.

Milk tea "not too sweet" with mochi inside. You can also choose your own tea base.Pros:1. The mochi adds a fun texture to the bubble tea.2. Their pistachio is soooo cute and looks real.Con: I heard from my friend that they're always busy and holds a long line to wait. This made me hesitate to try it. But that day when I passed by after 8 p.m., there were only a few people there, so I came and ordered. If I had to wait for an hour or so, I probably wouldn't try it.

Artisan has got to be the most innovative, unique coffee/boba/milk tea shop I’ve ever been to (and I’m from Seattle). I had their sparkling lime Americano and it was a great fusion of refreshing and energizing from the coffee. They also have a killer playlist - they play Nirvana, the Beatles, Arctic Monkeys, and other rock bands.The only downside is the small space - only 2 small tables so best is to take your order to go.

Tried my first hand-crafted rice mochi milk tea here at Artisan and it was fantastic! I can see how the rice mochi milk tea may not be for everyone since the rice mochi adds a unique sticky texture to the drinks but when you pair that with flavorful milk tea, it's the perfect combo! While this shop offers very minimal seating, it's a great place to try something different from your typical boba shop offerings.

It was obviously meant to be heated, and I even emphasized to the store clerk that it should be hotter, but it wasn’t even hot when I drank it, and when I drank it, it was cold inside.
