Food, atmosphere, and service were impeccable. If you want to celebrate anything close to your heart, put this restaurant on the top of your list. You will not be disappointed with the food or ambience.
Delicious food and good ambiance. Have eaten here a few times and enjoyed the experience and 2 different menus to choose from (East and West). Thank you!
They need more waiters takes to long to get food. But food was good. Hostess is very nice.
We made reservations for 9:15. When we got there at 9:08 we were told the kitchen would close in 15 minutes so we had to hurry and place our orders. The food came quickly. The food was very good. The prices were a bit high for appetizers and salads but everything was tasty. The ambiance was nice. Overall I would give it 4.5 stars out of 5
Food was excellent. Eclectic menu. Asian steak pasta Drinks are great. Noise level fairly low even when crowded. Overall a great experience
I had the Mole short rib dinner special and it was so delicious so tender I didn't even need a knife to cut it, great food
We were greeted by the hostess and our server, Walter as well. Walter's service and attention to detail is very much appreciated. He always makes us feel welcomed, at ease and relaxed while at RW Prime. The food was delicious. I had the glazed salmon cooked just right with just the perfect amount of glaze. Our experience at RW Prime is always positive, especially when Walter or Carlos are our servers. Thank you RW Prime!! Orlando
Hubby and I love to start off with a glass of water n lemons before we decide on drinks. The appetizers are usually chilled shrimp or Korean short ribs. Every dinner plate is delicious and beautifully presented. The steak is to perfection. East meets West menu has the most delicious items its hard to choose. So no matter what you decide it will be a great and satisfying meal.
Close to home with plenty of free parking. Delicious food with American and Chinese oloptions. Excellent cocktails and a very pleasant staff
had the steakburger, it was excellent, my spouse had the caesar salad..........also great. The waiter was attentive and the quietness was a relief from the casino

Staff was exceptional and the vibe in the place was super classy. Food was pretty lousy. Octopus, VERY spicy. I love spicy, but this wasn't flavor and just HEAT. Love a good grilled Octopus with a nice char. It's a simple dish and this was too busy and not great flavors. Ceviche was OK but could have had more fish. Very average. Seafood fried rice was very bland. The Duck bao buns were really the best pick! The stir-fried beef was a great portion, but also very average. Thinking this place would be better sitting at the bar with the right shared apps. Again, staff, EXCEPTIONAL!!!
We have the best experience every time that we have dinner there. We always ask for Walter if possible to be our server. We is always friendly and knows exactly what we want and how we would like it cooked. The service is nothing less than Excellent!!! and the food is delicious.
I dine out a lot, in restaurants of all levels, and it doesn't matter if it's a dive or a 3 Michelin star to me, what matters is the service and the quality of food for your money. I walked into this restaurant hopeful, the hosts were lovely and the ambiance was great. Sadly the meal was sorely lacking in taste/flavor and our waiter was MIA the entire meal. There was clearly no care at all among the staff how the restaurant was run. It was a disappointing experience for Father's Day and for $200 I would have hoped for a bit more; we won't be returning.
We went here for Father's Day, and overall the experience was just okay. The restaurant wasn't crowded, yet service was still slow. The food itself was mostly good— I had the garlic scallion lobster with longevity noodles, which was delicious. My husband ordered the porterhouse steak, the most expensive item on the menu, but he felt it lacked the flavor he's enjoyed on previous visits. Our kids had chicken and fries, which were fine. A disappointing moment was when my husband ordered a drink he didn't enjoy, but the waiter never returned to check in, so it ended up untouched and wasted. When it came time to pack our leftovers, the server took everything to the back and said he'd handle it. My husband specifically asked for his steak and chips to be packed together, and the server confirmed. However, when we got home and opened the bag the next day, the steak—worth $120—was missing. He had nearly half of it left. We called the restaurant right away, but nothing was done to resolve the issue. Overall, while the food had some highlights, the service and lack of accountability left us disappointed. We won't be in a hurry to return.
The food, service was exceptional. The lighting was alittle dim.....would definitely do again.
