We ordered the Tomahawk Steak and when it came and we started eating it , it was very fatty , above your usual by the time we cut the fat off the steak it was reduced to almost half of the 44 ounce steak we had ordered. We did not think it was worth the price.

Aspirations of being a NYC steakhouse but doesn't quite achieve them. Medium-Rare steak was just beyond Medium instead of just shy of Medium-Rare as is typical in NYC. Waitress and support people were wonderful and attentive.

It's about our 6 time at rw prime it always excellent service and food down to the guys who bring your bread while waiting for our meal, he actually recommend the fried rice even tho we were having there delicious filet mignon n ny strips..n we tried the fried rice and WoW better than I expected.. I will totally recommend ?

Value of food was great. You get a good serving for the money you're paying. Also taste good. Only complaint was our sever didn't do a good job. Usually, you get water first before anything else. We asked repeatedly for water, but he brought the plates first, then the appetizer which was a little spicy, so we were really desperate for a drink. He kept saying yes, but it took like 20 min. for a glass of water. He seemed disinterested in serving us, never once going back to check on us. We had to ask another wait staff to get a water refill. He came back for the bill, without us asking for it, and when we said we were using 2 credit cards, he seemed annoyed. What would have been a good experience turned intoa disappointing one because of the service we received.

I been craving a good steak for a long time (zabiha only) and so this steak house opened up and it was my friend’s birthday. I saw on their menu online that they had dry aged steak and I wanted to try it. We went and the owner is doing everything, greeting taking my order and seems like he is helping to prepare the meal too. I had the toughest steak of my life. I specifically asked for both steaks to be prepared medium rare and I asked him if we can have some pieces cooked more later . He brought both the porterhouse and ribeye steak completely well-done almost charred to the bone. I told him to give me another medium steak. And after 15 minutes of awkward silence he brings back a tough steak overcooked still.

My most recent visit to RW Prime was the third and definitely the best. The bread was hot, the soup was definitely not cold like it is in most places and the calamari was delicious. I can't wait to go back.

Management seems to be trying, but there is so much that is so wrong with this restaurant that I'd be surprised if it lasted another year or two. Avoid the filet (this is not a steakhouse, contrary to the marketing) and keep to the Asian cuisine.
Had a beautiful dinner at RW, Valentine's night. Food was delicious, everything was prepared as asked. They have a nice selection of wines in their menu. Service was excellent.

Always look forward to enjoying a meal at RW Prime! Filet mignon coked to perfection. The stuffed baked potatoes are a must! Excellent food, stellar service! We will definitely be back! We tried to go Sunday but unfortunately they closed very early. Wish they would have been open a little later
