I’m horrified with the customer service here.The French fries for one are plain they don’t even carry salt and pepper which would be nice since Dipping sauce isn’t Free…I’ve never heard of a food business that doesn’t offer at least one or two dipping sauce complimentary.I’m talking 10 DRY LEMON PEPPER WINGS and nothing but ketchup to dip it in…gross.I’ll also add that it costs $1.00 for sauce a size of a dollar coin.ridiculous.Then we have the front desk worker who looks like he rather be laying back chilling at his house than toBe doing his job.This guy for one BARELY spoke English.For two Got my smoothie Order wrong three times even though we pointed out the image of which drink we Wanted.THREE he was eating a meal like he was on his lunch break when we walked in and FOUR took OVER 30 minutes to make our SMOOTHIE in the first place! This man took his sweet time with EVERYTHING and Had to be reminded that we ordered a drink and never received it.THE GAG Was when he finally did make it after the 30mins went by IT TOOK UNDER 5 minutes to make!!!! So why were we waiting a HALF AN HOUR?THE AMOUNT OF CUSTOMERS IN THE SHOP IS NOT AN EXCUSE BECAUSE THEY DIDNT START COMING IN UNTIL A FEW MINS AFTER WE ORDERED AND THE GUY LITERALLY DIDNT HAVE TO DO ANYTHING BUT TAKE THE ORDERS.Horrible Horrible Horrible! will not be coming back.

at first glance a nice clean new facility. but it was a deep disappointment. the food is not tasty, very salty. the pizza was not pizza but pita bread and cheese and leftover chicken. the chicken was heavily seasoned with vinegar and salt. everything was terrible, except for the cashier who served me. it was my first and last visit. all the food had to be thrown into the trash. the food does not match the photos on the poster. as terrible as possible, and not cheap. the food stinks of fat and vinegar. I spent $56 on it and threw it in the trash. Thank you.

I ordered food from here via Uber Eats. I got an order of fried Oreos, Small waffle fries and 10piece honey bbq wings (5flats & 5 drum). The fried Oreos 10/10. The fries 10/10, the wings 7.5/10. The drums tasted amazing but the flats tasted a bit old. Their ranch is also 10/10, it tasted like wing stop ranch. I will definitely order again though but maybe earlier in the day. (Forgot to take a pic of the fried Oreos)

I stopped by this location after working in the area. I love wings from all over. I also consider myself a wing connoisseur. With that being said, I will have to come to this place everytime I’m in the area. I had the traditional Nashville hot wings and they were cooked perfectly and packed with flavor. I also tried a watermelon lime smoothie. Cajun waffle fries were made perfect. Everything just made me so happy, I started sending out pics of my meal
okay so this place has really good boneless wings. crispy. but they literally get the order wrong every time. they handed me bone in wing and this is a COMMON occurrence i saw the reviews and they do this so often i thought it was just a fluke but literally happened to me. i would be so annoyed if i got home and didn’t notice. but luckily i did before i left. also they take like 20 mins to cook 5 boneless wings not normal. also they charged me for the boneless wings and it’s basically the same price to add fries as a combo but they won’t tell you that… bc they want you to spend money. kinda shitty would give service one star but it’s not like they cussed me out they were nice just kinda slow at everything

The chicken is solid breast meat, not composite nugget meat. Inside, friendly atmosphere with music videos. Julio always remembers me and remembers I don’t like to use plastic bags.
