Truly a gem, in the back of a bar/karaoke. Aunty Liu is friendly to all the guests and always in good spirits. The food is not for the weak, if you cant handle mala numbingness, then this place is not for you.

I think this is the best Szechuan restaurant I have ever been to in the Flushing area. The food is spicy in a delicious way, and the portions are great. The chef, aka Auntie Liu, is super nice and lovable because she actually gets out of the kitchen to talk to us and ask about our opinions (but you need to speak Chinese to enjoy this). This explains why the restaurant is not in downtown Flushing and looks shady behind a random bar but still gets such high traffic.

The service attitude is very poor, as if your store is the only one in New York. A tax of 8.875 is added to the bill and you have to pay in cash. When you don't understand, I ask a few more questions, and the clerk becomes very impatient. The store is too black-hearted. There is no There is no one to change the plate for you, and there is no one to pack the food for you. You also get the drinks yourself. It is all self-service, but the tip is counted.

If you come to this kind of store once, you won’t want to come back again. The attitude of the clerk is very bad and there is no service at all. You have to take everything by yourself. The air conditioner in the store leaked water and dripped on me. I asked the boss to report the air conditioner dripping. The boss said it was just water dripping. The water was fine, but there was mold all over the ceiling. We ordered seven or eight dishes, and then asked the boss to serve them first. The boss also urged us to order more. It felt like we didn't order enough. I felt like I had entered a shady restaurant. Then when the food arrived, almost every dish was on the salty side. It felt okay at first, but the more we ate, the saltier it became. I asked the waiter to bring us a few bowls of rice. He brought a large bowl of rice to the table, but there were no bowls. We lost two portions of soup, and the waiter didn't give me a soup bowl. At first, I thought their restaurant might not even have small rice bowls, until I saw me and he gave me several bowls of rice on the table next door, all in one bowl. Bowls of white rice packed in small bowls. I was really speechless. In the end, we couldn't finish the meal and asked to take it away. The waiter threw two takeout boxes and left. When we paid, we gave him a credit card. The boss said that he only accepted cash, and cash is not tax-free. The boss If you say taxes are for the government, I believe you. In the end we paid in cash and tipped almost 20%, and the waiter didn't even say thank you. I feel like customers should tip. If my wife hadn't stopped me, I wouldn't have tipped at all. When guests are idiots, too lazy to care, they will never go again.

The service is not good. The preserved eggs in preserved egg tofu are very few. I asked my aunt and she told me that preserved eggs are very expensive. Does one preserved egg cost 10 US dollars?
Hidden inside a bar looking place, walk in and the restaurant is in the back.
Ordered a few things to try it out and wasn't that impressed with the food. Got the spicy mung bean jello salad 川北涼粉, you'll be eating the spicy peppers when you eat it... kinda annoying, ended up throwing most of it out. twice cooked pork 四川回鍋肉 was really oily but decent flavor and eggplant in garlic sauce 魚香茄子 was also very greasy and drowning in oil, a bit sweeter in flavor.
Overall this felt like a regular Chinese take out spot and the food was average for me. Maybe the fish is better since I saw people ordering that.

After coming to the United States for so many years, this is the first time I have encountered a checkout like this. There are two prices on the checkout, one is the price that adds 8.875 tax and you have to pay in cash, and the other is the price that adds 8.875 tax by card and you have to pay extra. I didn’t know what percentage the handling fee was. After asking a few more questions, Aunt Liu seemed very impatient. The store owner must be too evil?! I'm really speechless. The service is also not good. No one will change the stacks for you, and no one will pack the bags for you. You have to do it yourself, and the tip will be counted every penny.
Cheap and good quality authentic Sichuan cuisine. Aunt Liu is enthusiastic and delicious. The ingredients are always very particular. As a Sichuan fellow, we highly recommend and support! Very authentic Sichuan cuisine. Aunt Liu is a warm lady, and her cooking is delicious. The ingredients are always carefully selected. As fellow Sichuan natives, we highly recommend and support her restaurant!!

Aunt Liu sneezed directly on a plate of cold dishes. The old aunt wiped away the snot on it with her hands in a hurry. God calmly brought the table and watched me run out of the restaurant. The environment and the immediate situation The visual sense is disgusting now that I think about it.
