they forgot an everything bagel off my order, which really bummed me out, and nonetheless the people who answered the phone made me feel heard and helped me get a refund for it.

My favorite bagel shop in NY! The bagels are always fresh and delicious, and every menu item I’ve tried has been amazing. Their spreads are the best, I even buy them in bulk for Sunday breakfasts with my family! The staff is so warm and welcoming, they treat you like family. Great bagel on Fresh Pond Rd! Solid, reliable, and always hits the spot. They have several types of bagels, flavored cream cheese, and sandwiches. Excellent staff, quick wait time, and reasonable prices.
I really recommend the Lox Package, which really scratches the itch for smoked salmon. Of course, a regular or everything bagel with scallion cream cheese is good too.

We ordered the bagels for delivery to our hotel. I ordered the everything bagel with chive and bacon. It's soft on the inside and has a slight crunch on the outside. My son ordered the garlic bagel with egg and jalapeño cream cheese. I would have like liked it more if or was toasted, but since it was delivered, it was fine. It was convenient. Took about an hour for delivery. I didn't go to the shop in person, but would go if I was in the area again.
Visiting from out of town & this place has the best bagels and coffee. I highly recommend coming here if you’re looking for something good to eat!! You won’t regret it

On 8/15/25 during morning hours , I arrived to pick up the breakfast I ordered via phone call. A tall male with an orange beanie saw me walk in and proceeds to not even acknowledge me. Someone else walks in moments later and he recognizes her ( seems like a regular customer) and he immediately gets her order. At this point I'm upset but not surprised because this has happened to me multiple times upon ordering here. I gave it a chance and figured maybe he just did it once , but it's been several times. If you're not remembered by this employee , he will overlook you ( or at least me) until another worker approaches to see if you need assistance. Ive been coming here for awhile and it's frustrating when your also a regular customer but get treated as such. I been supporting this business for a long period of time but to not feel like your invisible only to certain people walking in after you creates an unwelcoming environment.
