I typically dont like to leave reviews like this but today really rubbed me the wrong way. I ve been to this establishment many times and they are a little pricey (no problem). I typically order same thing turkey bacon egg and cheese on a sesame bagel I think ive paid 8/9 dollars for. Today I asked for a FLAT sesame bagel same contents and paid nearly 13 dollars. When I asked why so expensive I was told it was due to having to put extra food in a flat bagel since its flat. Like come one there are two pcs of turkey bacon here no extra food. Seems so dishonest. Why treat a customer like that?

Most well run, clean, efficient and high quality products I’ve had the privilege to eat. They put a HUGE amount of lox on the bagel and the bagels themselves are made in house and delicious. My only to go place for high quality food. Owners and employees treat you like family and they will know your name in no time. I call and say “can you make my bagel?” And 5 minutes later I pick it up. Come on people where do you find places like this anymore? Only here at Bakers Dozen! Thanks guys for the perfect combination of quality food and friendly courteous and quick service.

place where they don't pay you tips but they do charge you for mistakes even if you are in training and also when they fire you like me today 10/16/2024 they pay you on the days they want and with a check dated for the next day I hope May it serve as a warning not to continue being such bad people and for those who go to know who they are dealing with.

Asked for everything bagel got raisin definitely need to check the order before leaving the store wish the person who took my order had repeated back what they heard because I definitely am bummed out im not a fan of sweet things so I just wasted money I also work in hospitality and always repeat what guests say to me at my job just to make sure I heard them right also mistakes happen just really disappointing especially because it wasn’t cheap but things happen but it’s always best to repeat things back to avoid disappointing someone even when u heard them right it’s still good repeat it back
