Got the bolognese and it was absolutely perfect. This place is very family oriented. You feel at home here. Food is quality!

This restaurant is literally the gold standard for hospitality in New York. I’ve rarely ever been greeted with such warmth. Huge shoutout to Jerry, you can tell that he loves his job and that hospitality is his passion. He truly made our experience at this establishment unforgettable. Food was great, we had the sole picatta and the cod special, both were delicious. We will be back for sure!

My husband, brother and I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Bartolino's restaurant while in NY for the US Open first week. The cozy atmosphere, incredibly delicious food, coupled with the generosity and attention by Jerry, Bartolino's owner was out of this world! Jerry was so incredibly accommodating and definitely wants you to feel satisfied. Go visit!

I have stopped by this place with several of its incarnations. It is most often closed so there is little to no reliability. I stoped by today as I was walking home because, surprise, it was actually open. I ordered a whiskey soda. The bar tender did not make the drink in front of me. It seemed they were hiding something. I then got my very watered down drink in a very small glass and was told the cost was 14 dollars. There is no happy hour and the place was entirely empty. Can’t recommend as much as I would like to.

Had a wonderful Mother's Day dinner with my son. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

Have been twice now and the food and service both times were amazing. The owner, and staff, are so friendly and accommodating, they want you to leave satisfied. I had amazing baked clams as an app special my first time in, and when I commented how good they were this time, they made them for me even though they weren’t listed on the menu for the night! It reminds me of visiting my Italian dad, he’s not happy if he’s not giving you exactly what you want.

Hospitality of the owner Bobby and his staff was absolutely outstanding. Food was excellent. All the guests were treated like family.

I used to live in Astoria right of the Ditmars train stop, and occasionally we come to a astoria to enjoy some good local food, a friend told me that there is a new place that had open about few months ago, Bartolino’s and so my wife and i decided to give it a try, right away we were greeted and seated by a server, we order a few dishes to share but the dish tat stand out from the rest of the food we’ve orders was a pasta dish with Italian sausage broccoli rab and garlic and white wine sauce, it wasn’t on the menu it was a recommendation from Jose our server, usually when we go to Italian restaurant we drinks wine but this time i asked Jose to surprise us with something delicious and refreshing I am a bourbon drinker and my wife love white wine spritz, so he made my wife a delicious and very refreshing aperol spritz and he made me an old fashioned, it was so dam good that we have a few rounds of those and we usually just have one drink, for sure we will be back and this time I will bring the whole gang.

I saw on Facebook that you let dogs eat from your dishes. Thats disgusting and should not be allowed. The dog is actually in the chair and the father is feeding it with a fork. This is unsanitary. I don't know if you know this but you should not allow it.

Love the new spot. A real cool ambiance and incredible food.
