There were only 2 employees in the store. There were multiple people online. I was looking for a cake, when a female employee rushed over as if I was committing a crime by looking for a cake. She asked if I needed help as she reached to take the cake out of my hands before I could even respond. It was unacceptable.

Very slow service. They keep the pre-packaged ice cream chained up in a freezer, lol. They were "Out" of chocolate ice cream my last visit.
I really hate to write bad reviews, but there is a real problem with this particular Baskin Robbins. It is not unusual for them ignore standard food handling procedures. Specifically, they let the ice cream melt, then refreeze it and sell it. (And sometimes, they don't really get the refreezing part.) The last time I was in the store, two thirds of the buckets had nothing but a couple of inches ice cream melt, barely frozen, on the top. (I could tell how deep it was because they'd dug through it in places.) One bucket of strawberry actually looked like it had boiled over (I suspect that the ice cream expanded as it melted). I asked about it, and the people working at the counter simply said "Soft, not melt". (I am in there enough to know that they can speak better English than this). The ice cream that I did buy looked to be the firmness that it should be at first, but as they scooped it, it was pretty obvious that it too had been allowed to get warm. I really wanted to take some home to share with my wife, so I went ahead and bought it, but when I got home, we discovered that it was indeed a bit off. Sadly, this is not an unusual occurrence. Both my wife and I have observed this multiple times. And it isn't just that refrozen Baskin Robbins (a hard ice cream) doesn't taste the same or have the same texture. It is a health issue. And not only with the ice cream: if they are this sloppy with their food handling procedures with the ice cream itself, I have no confidence in their other food handling procedures. Much as my family loves BR ice cream, we won't be going to this store again.
