Mostly order via app and get orders as requested. Had to pickup via drive thru vs pickup for an order and was scolded that I put in a walk in order. There was a huge HUMAN line and no cars in the queue. My mistake I suppose for being smart with my time.

Stopped by for some ice cream after dinner.We walked in and it was pretty empty. There were no workers present at the counter, then they came out after we were waiting for several minutes.The place wasn’t dirty, but didn’t seem that well kept or clean. The worker scooping our ice cream also didn’t give the best impression of cleanliness, his hands basically touched the ice cream as he was scooping.The ice cream tasted fine, but our stomachs were not happy a bit after. The one person in our group that didn’t have ice cream was fine. I’m not sure if it was the ice cream that was bad, or the scooper wasn’t clean.From start to finish, not the best experience, so I would not come here again.

Came on 4/23/23 for an impromptu birthday ice cream cake. Have to thank the server's! They were hesitant to write on the cake but gave it their best try! Which I am super appreciative!! Instead of a blank birthday cake, I got a great one with a smiley! Its extra special since they didnt just turn me away! ?? Thank you! You are the reason I had a great experience instead of a disappointed one.
