If I can give zero stars I would. I go to the store today to get some ice cream, and the store is a Baskin Robbins and Dunkin donuts combo. How they are going to tell me they can not sell the ice cream because they don't have any one on that side. So I said fine I'll get the cream in the fridge and they said I couldn't get those cause they wouldn't be able to scan it but mind you they use the same register for both company . Super upset. Will not be traveling back to this location.

Service is now passable, in that they no longer argue with you when they don't know what to do. And that's saying a lot since they only know how to work the dunkin donuts side and don't even know how to make a hot fudge sundae... they absolutely don't know how to make anything on the menu, or even the basics of scooping ice cream. They roll it so there is a giant air pocket/hole in the middle and they barely give you enough to fill the wrong (undersized) cup. I asked for a double scoop the used a single size cup, and for a single the used the kids cup. I would know this since I worked at a baskin/dunkin in jersey way back in high school.Oh the ice cream is so old and refrozen that you can see either ice crystals or refrozen "sludge" mixed in.As for the 4and 5 star reviews, those are most likely from their family members since they don't even have what the ordered available ie vanilla is not one of their scoopable flavors and the soft serve is not even functional. And the review are all blank or one word

Need to clean and maintain the Restrooms.They have 2 of themOne for employees and 1 for customersNow they closed both of them .Popular spot for a lot of St John's students .Place needs to fix the bathroom issues ASAP

Says dine in on the the site. They don't have access to a bathroom for the customers. Floors are dirty and sticky. The people there were very rude to me about asking to use their bathroom. I had a medium coffee with 3 sweet and lows and 5 shots of sugar free toasted almond. It was good as usual. This place needs a face-lift.

And its also advertising In the Baskin-Robbins app as well. He Instead suggesting me for 1.50 single scoop deal for without sense of talking and what I'm here for the sales. I could just get 2 of them with regular price howevet he had harsh attitudes talk back and suggested me don't buy them all. Perhaps the store manager should properly trained him well to solve this problem and good manners to dealing with customers.

Very rude and bad customer service. Me and my friends tried to get a complimentary ice cream from here they said “it's not a genuine coupon and is not allowed†they didn't even return it afterward. They kept saying it's still there and when it was clearly gone. One of the staff members was about to serve us and the manager came over and started screaming at her. If I got the coupon from basking robins shouldnt I be able to redeem it in any Baskin-Robbins? Overall they are very rude I don't recommend you to come here. I would give no stars but that's not allowed. I'm honestly so disappointed. Came to this place once and never again. Please don't come here.
Just left the Baskin Robinson on Union Turnpike the girl on the cash register is it very rude and arrogant they just sold ice cream with the kids scoop when I paid the full price for the regular scoop they have no good customer service I would not recommend going there

It was a very bad experience. They advertise waffle cone free with two scoops but they lied they giving the sugar cone instead and the ladies in the front were rude. They need to find another job if they can't greet people

BR/DD store in 16822 Union Tpke sold me a Tuesday BOGO Sundae with 2 scoops using kids size (2.5 ounce) scoops instead of the regular scoop. They charged me full price of the item. When I complained, they said this was standard operation by Baskin Robbins. I find this explanation unbelievable because I have gotten the same product with better quality elsewhere.
