Says dine in on the the site. They don't have access to a bathroom for the customers. Floors are dirty and sticky. The people there were very rude to me about asking to use their bathroom. I had a medium coffee with 3 sweet and lows and 5 shots of sugar free toasted almond. It was good as usual. This place needs a face-lift.Dietary restrictions: Coffee is ketogenicParking: Limited spots but ample parking.

I came for ice-cream and it was all melty. One of the flavors I wanted was too melted to even serve and I had to get another. The women behind the counter were also unwarrantedly unfriendly. Today was about 70 degrees, no reason to not have proper hard ice-cream unless the people that run this dump are trying to save electricity somehow. First time I got Baskin-Robbins since I was a kid too, so disappointed. I stopped by because I saw a Baskin-Robbins truck and the ice-cream on the side looked so good.

Not the best ice cream or even one of the better ones but if you're out late on a hot, sultry night, Baskin-Robbins will do in a pinch by the only reason that they're open 24/7. Since it's connected to the Dunkin' Donuts, your significant other can get a cold iced coffee as well. You do get a lot for your money, but then I could have also bought a quart and scooped it myself at home, but again it's the convenience of them being open all night that's their redeeming feature. If you get 2 scoops of ice cream or more, you qualify for a waffle come upgrade. So I get 2 pretty good-sized scoops of Very Berry Strawberry. It doesn't have a lot of flavor nor is it very sweet. And the waffle cone was not crunchy at all, just soft and blah. The heat and humidity just beat it down like the way I feel. Maybe I should have gone for the supermarket Turkey Hill or Breyers after all. I wonder if the Haagen-Dazs or Carvel are open late?

And its also advertising In the Baskin-Robbins app as well. He Instead suggesting me for 1.50 single scoop deal for without sense of talking and what I'm here for the sales. I could just get 2 of them with regular price howevet he had harsh attitudes talk back and suggested me don't buy them all. Perhaps the store manager should properly trained him well to solve this problem and good manners to dealing with customers.
Very rude and bad customer service. Me and my friends tried to get a complimentary ice cream from here they said “it's not a genuine coupon and is not allowed†they didn't even return it afterward. They kept saying it's still there and when it was clearly gone. One of the staff members was about to serve us and the manager came over and started screaming at her. If I got the coupon from basking robins shouldnt I be able to redeem it in any Baskin-Robbins? Overall they are very rude I don't recommend you to come here. I would give no stars but that's not allowed. I'm honestly so disappointed. Came to this place once and never again. Please don't come here.

It was a very bad experience. They advertise waffle cone free with two scoops but they lied they giving the sugar cone instead and the ladies in the front were rude. They need to find another job if they can't greet people

Just left the Baskin Robinson on Union Turnpike the girl on the cash register is it very rude and arrogant they just sold ice cream with the kids scoop when I paid the full price for the regular scoop they have no good customer service I would not recommend going there

BR/DD store in 16822 Union Tpke sold me a Tuesday BOGO Sundae with 2 scoops using kids size (2.5 ounce) scoops instead of the regular scoop. They charged me full price of the item. When I complained, they said this was standard operation by Baskin Robbins. I find this explanation unbelievable because I have gotten the same product with better quality elsewhere.
