This is not a milkshake, but just milk with syrup, thin and tasteless. I don't recommend it. No wonder they have such a rating. The only good thing for them is to take your money. That's all.

I went to this place few times with my family on our way to Costco. We always get medium ice coffee with caramel and cream. But I don’t know why the cashier always add an extra caramel and charge extra 10 cent for each order, which we never ask for. It makes the drink very very sweet. Check your receipt for additional hidden charges that you have never request for.

This Has to be one of the worst Dunkin’ Donuts/Baskin-Robbins I’ve ever went to. It’s so dirty the staff and people that work there are so rude and they take very long with your order and they’re very slow. There’s always a crackhead inside or outside begging for money horrible establishment and. the food is even worse They charge extra for a little bit more whipped cream and they are very stingy about the food

If I could give this establishment a 0 stars, I would there’s always a crackhead at the door, begging for money, or there’s always a crackhead inside the establishment. The workers are absolutely rude. Do not care about the place do not clean up and have the worst attitude towards the customers and worst of all the food is not even good they are very stingy with the food and barely give large portions. Do not come to this Dunkin doughNUT!

Went in to get 3 scoops of ice cream at 10 pm, front door lists 11 pm closing time. I sat down and started eating it while it's cold and windy out, 5 min later when I finished scoop #1, the middle aged indian guy shut off the lights and basically forced me and another customer out. Really regret putting those 2 dollars into that tip jar. Hopefully they will use the tips to update their store hours on the front door from 11 pm to 10 pm
ITS CONVENIENT. AND THEY HAVE GREAT OATMEAL. THE STAFF IS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS.
