Don't order a cake from this baskin robbins!! I ordered a shark cake and received a mess of a cake! The one picture is what was on the website and the other cake is what I received!

Every time I visit this location it's horrible. The people who work here barely speak English and I feel like they have no idea what I'm saying or what they're doing. If I don't order ahead of time I could spend 25-30 min waiting from the time I place an order until I walk out. Today I actually did order on the app 15 minutes ahead of time (coffee and a sandwich) and when I got there 15 min later my order was not ready. When I tried to speak to the staff about it - she said "big order big order" . Also, when I order on the app 9 times out of 10 my order is wrong. Today for example they used American cheese on my sandwich instead of white cheddar. The other day; however, I was given a completely different order of someone else's. Also - the last few times I ordered coffee it tastes like SLUDGE! So GROSS. This is the Dunkin right by my job so it's the only one I can go to when I'm at work. I honestly can't stand this place - and it's been like this for years.

Usually this Dunkin' is one of the better ones out there. I've been having a small iced coffee lately. I had one yesterday from another location, and ordered mine from this location today. I noticed the cup was smaller and shaped differently. I look at the cup and they used the baskin robbins cup. Of course I say something because I'm that kind of person and I just paid more than $3 for a small iced coffee. The lady says that's the size and it's a baskin Robbins cup because it's a baskin/Dunkin shop. I sit back down, look at my cup again, and get up again; something wasn't adding up. I tell her I got a small iced yesterday and it was larger, and she finally says she is going to check! Behold, she comes back out with the Dunkin small which is much larger. Instead of redoing the coffee she is interested in trying to prove me wrong, so she transfers my baskin cup coffee into the Dunkin cup. There is about one inch of space for more coffee. She says, almost the same! I said, almost but not quite. Please serve me more decaf iced to make up for the difference. She does so closes the lid and sends me off. I ask for my straw and she says in a ticked off tone, go get a new one! In which another customer that had one at hand gave me hers (thank you neighbor!). Go get a new one? How about I'm sorry, how about switch the cups back to the Dunkin cups. The baskin robin cups are smaller because they are used for milk shakes, the Dunkin cups are for iced coffee include a lot of ice therefore of course they are larger. I just wish she was a little more courteous and apologized for the mistake instead of giving me a snappy attitude at the end, that's all. Yes, I'll be back, I don't have much of a choice near me.

Always gets my order wrong all the time not sure if there doing it on purpose but this sure don't look like a cappuccino blast it looks like the just throw the ice cream in it !

Came in for a small hot latte and tried some donut fries the donut fries tasted like puff pastry with cinnamon sugar on top the latte was hot and fresh

Not very pleased with a lot of the Dunkin' Donuts locations lately. Yes they are everywhere so they are pretty convenient but sometimes I'll pass on my cup of coffee if Dunkin' Donuts is my only choice and that sucks. I walked in to this location and the counter was filled with open sugar packages and used stirrers everywhere. The man behind the counter seems Troubled by me ordering and that plus the mess all over is the reason for this review. Clean up your act Dunkin' Donuts.

They know what I like, how I like it and they make it quickly. Can't ask for anything more from Dunkin. The store manager is a really friendly guy, knows all the neighborhood people and really makes the place feel local.
Yum yum Dunkin Donuts has the best coffee in town. Friendly staff and professional. The only complaint is the price on my small coffee keeps going up, and I buy coffee every day at least 3 times a day. Could I make my own cup of coffee? Of course but DD's coffee taste so good I'm hooked on it. Hey DD staff consider the price on coffee please... McDonalds small coffee across the street is still 99 cents.

Have you been to a DD before? If you've been to one DD, you've pretty much been to them all. This DD is typically not crowded unless you have found yourself in the morning rush. I've always had prompt, good service with equally good coffee and food. The only downside is that if you end up driving to this location, don't expect to find parking right out front. There's more metered parking just on the next block though.

This location is one of the best Dunkin Donuts franchises I have ever been to. I go away to school and the quality of coffee that exists at this location, just can't be found anywhere else. Everytime I come here I am greeted with a smile, and the workers even have my order down to a "usual", this crew is exceptional :)
