The WORST staff!! I was going to order a cake for my daughters birthday and they told me to come back when the manager is in. They told me that 4 times and I had to come in 4 days straight. The fourth time coming in they said she is still not in and they cant take my order and to buy a reg cake from their fridge, very very rude employees. Instead of being helpful they were so unprofessional. I was very upset and in the end they finally called the manager because I wasnt leaving and they took my order. They never apologized to me or anything!! WHY THE HELL IS IT THAT HARD TO ORDER A FREAKING CAKE?!? They all need to be trained and change the customer service. I literally spent almost $100 that day and they couldve lost that because they have the worst customer service. I will def make a complaint to corporate because this is so unacceptable and unprofessional!!

Terrible service. They always hesistatw to allow coupons/deals because they don't want customers to be able to use them. Last time a lady even tried faking to make it look like the scanner was not working on my gift card code even though I had only used a promotion beforehand. Another thing, earlier there was this promotion for a free slice of Polar Pizza. I came on the right day and right time, and they pretended that they didn't know what I was talking about, but I could tell that they did. One of the ladies working there lied to me and told me to come a different day just because they didn't want to honor the promotion.

Just your average Baskin-Robbins/Dunkin Donuts combo store. Fast service but there's extremely limited parking which can definitely be annoying if you're here for a quick bite or to pick something up.

The worst. Ordered a custom cake online over 24 hours in advance and arrived 2 hrs later than promised time and they had no idea about the cake. They asked for me to wait 30min so they could get it from another store. I arrived to the celebration after it was over. What an awful franchise.
