Absolutely not. Some Dunkin's have it together this one does not. The area is shady but inside they just are out of order for real. I only go here in case of emergency.

I'm slightly annoyed as I type this. It's okay, definitely not my preferred place to grab coffee. They are a bit slow and disorganized but the coffee is decent. It's definitely not overcrowded especially during rush hour.

I ordered a chocolate milkshake and paid for it, only to be told they don't have any chocolate, at all.. Well then don't let me pay for a chocolate milkshake if you don't even have it. Wtf?!?!?

Sabrina is by far the rudest employee of Dunkin' donuts company nationwide. I cringe when I have to come and get coffee when she is working. The first time I came here she yelled at me at the top of her lungs in such a rude way that I was frightened. All because I could not hear through her mask and the thick glass between us. When I got my coffee I told her that her customer service needed serious improvement or she needed to find someplace else to work where she isn't having to be rude and nasty. After this I tried to not to get coffee from Dunkin' and go somewhere else. I really enjoy Dunkin' Donuts coffee so I came back and though she didn't yell she would be uncomfortably rude smacking her lips at everyone who didn't order at the speed of lightening. I am done with this place she refuses to get my order right and LIES about what they have even tho I see what I want RIGHT behind the counter!

Dunkin' is absolutely amazing. The waits aren't that long. Every thing was fresh, healthy, and really tasty. Staff are super pleasant and service is very fast. I would certainly go back to Dunkin' if I am in the area.

This is the worst place I ever visited three women working and disrespectful no customer service training what so ever and the coffee taste as if it were made weeks ago. I don't understand how they have jobs and how dirty and disgusting is this store and they let transom people just go to the back were they make donuts to use the bathroom.
Nice place to meet and catch up with family. There was fast, efficient, and courteous service. Prices that won't shock you.

Why is there a charge for whipped cream on a Latte??? even McDonalds doesn't charge for whipped cream on their coffee drinks... Dunkin (Jamaica Ave/Sutphin Blvd), rethink this policy/practice.
