I'm only giving two stars because the ice cream cake was good- just not $50 good lol. My local Key Food's Carvel freezer was down, so I was forced to go to BR's. The prices reminded me why I stopped buying ice cream cakes from there.

Inconsistent. They make there own hours. They close earlier than what’s posted. I got there 15 mins prior to the closing time and they were all packed up and the doors were locked. They were cleaning and said they closed at 9. I showed them that it wasn’t 9 pm yet. She just looked at me and didn’t say anything.

This store always forget my order or don't make it correctly. I ask for specific things and they always get it wrong. Now do you see a sunday anywhere. I ordered 3 things and only 2 showed up and yet everything was paid in full. Go figure.

Went into facilities about 8.35pm to purchase a large milk shake the female attendant informed me no milk shake because they were closing soon and didn't serve me even though the store was open

Lines are long, but they bring out ice water, menus, and entertain you while waiting! The line moved fast & the ice cream was wonderful! Don't miss this experience!

This place is the absolute worse!! I has a frightening experience on Sunday Sept 22nd when a male employee decided to get loud and argue and with me. A very disrespectful man. I believe his name tage said Moy. He shared the wrong icecream and refused to correct it. They barely speak and understand English. Very poor customer service. Stay away!!

I remember walking in one day wanting to get a milkshake because I was so thirsty from the heat and the one employee that could handle the ice cream was on break. So I sat there for 15 minutes while she looked into air at nothing, the same as the other pregnant customer next to me had been doing. My second encounter here, I tried to get the same milkshake and the guy had barely had any grasp of the English language and kept trying to give me a scoop when I asked for a milkshake.
