I came to my local baskin & Robins for my favorite ice cream. To my surprise as I was eating and I felt something in my mouth. I chewed it due to sometimes mixtures of ice cream. I ended up spitting it into my hand because something wasn’t right, and to my surprise it was a frozen fly or Beatle dead!!!!!!!! In my ice cream. When you serve customers please do better!!!! My tongue is burning slightly, this is ridiculous. Clean better, check your freezer for insects the ice cream are all exposed. This is customers trusting that your product is good this is disgusting and disappointing at the most. I went on 5/17/25 around 7:40pm. I didn’t ask for a receipt. I have pictures however, it’s not giving me an option to add.

Simple Doordash order can't be simply completed. 1 scoop pralines and cream, 1 scoop Love potions 31 with hot fudge, carmel, and gummy bears.. Doesn't take a rocket scientist to make order.. they sent me 2 scoops pralines no fudge no carmel and 5 gummy bears

Another great neighborhood plaza not far from St John's Hospital 🥠at Baskin Robbins you get the great ice-cream 🦠there serve you can also order ice cream cake for parties and special occasions next to it is Dunkin Donuts, you can get your favorite blended coffee ☕ or what ever you like when you visit Highly recommended

I went to Baskin-Robins to get a cake. I chose one out and when I asked for writing on the cake the woman attending started to write on it and she took like half an hour and the writing was sloppy and crooked.
