I Oder milkshake from here I pay 10 dollars but the quality is too bad and it’s look like water I don’t like this type off people we pay for food and food quality is not good
Time of closing for this store is 10 pm on website and i checked before going there . I was there around 8:30 and one of the worker told me they already closed . Bad experience. If you don’t wanna work bro go home and sleep why you wasting somebody’s

Horrible experience! I ordered on grubhub and after a few minutes I received a call saying the restaurant didn’t have chocolate syrup. I didn’t even order an item that required chocolate syrup. Then my order was cancelled. They seem to be out of everything. I’m not even sure why they’re open.

HORRIBLE. bad staff. went inside the music was so loud the workers don’t even speak English and they’re rude and dirty. No gloves or anything.

Their desserts are wonderful! Be prepared to stand in line outside in the heat! They just need to add line ropes inside so not as many people have to wait outside. They did walk around and handed out free water!

Worst baskin Robbins ever, came home and saw my sandwich burned inside, and the lady didn’t even have the sense of humor to make another because she was watching my husband if he was looking because she know she burned the sandwich, so unprofessional people working there?????
Ice cream flavors and their respective signs were all mixed up. We ended up buying the wrong flavors and the employee couldn't quite understand English well when we told her we didn't want that flavor and that the signs were mixed up.
Very friendly and hard working folks that try their best to satisfy they customers
