Nothing close to what I ordered.. the Oreo layered sundae was missing the fudge and chips on top. The other one was supposed to be chocolate chip layered sundae, and it was in the wrong container, no items inside outside of ice cream. For that, I would have ordered a plain scoop. I want my money back!!You can’t even call because their phone is off the hook. It’s been constant busy for over an hour.

The lady taking our Order was not paying attention and was acting dumb and they barely had any customers so idk why they was struggling with one shake ?

No communication skills at all from staffs with customers they barely understand that when you order food items. Staff are not professional enough to deal with customers. I am wondering why big chain like Baskin Robins doesn’t invest with the right staff….. certainly I won’t re-order again from them. My next order would be from Stone Cold ice cream.
The location is old and run down they need to modernize their location, and staff needs to learn how to communicate better with customers they barely understand that when you order food items, they usually get it wrong so make sure repeat your order and check your items.
Not 24 hours, I took a detour on my way to work at 11pm at night just so I can get a coffee, donut and sandwich before work. The worker looked at me through the glass and waved me away even thou I was showing him my phone says otherwise.Hire ppl that wants to work I could if saved myself the time.
