Order my daughter birthday cake online order accepted. The day we supposedly pict up the cake They said no cake for my order just take a cake in the refrigerator. That's the cake my daughter wants and she was super upset and no cake for her party that she wanted. Went down to the store they say will refund to my card,wait two days no refund call customer service they don't know about this matter the store try to keep the money and no cake for us. Customer service give us refund 5 days later. DON'T GO TO THEM IRDER ANY CAKE UNLESS YOU YOU WANT YOUR PARTY SCREW UP!!!!!!!!

Looking for something to bring to a friend and we thought of getting its famous log ice cream. What I like about this place is the free special message that they could design on top of the ice cream. Service is fast. Staff is friendly. I find the pricing a bit stiff for the cake size. They offer more than ice cream just to let you know!

My wife and I were looking for something to give to a dear friend that will perk up her day, we have decided to give her an ice cream cake. In the area, there are just two places/two choices that we can go to, either Carvel or Baskin Robbins, we decided the latter. So went in to this spot, the facility is clean and presentable, we went straight looking for a nice small ice cream cake, choice is either round cake or rectangular shape, vanilla/chocolate or chocolate/mint cake. My wife preferred the vanilla/chocolate. We paid at the counter, service was simple and quick, no problems whatsoever. We requested for the ice cream cake to have a nice decorative lettering/message for our friend. Anybody can buy ice cream here either in a pint, half gallon container, as an ice cream cake, in a cup, in a waffle cone or sugar cone, as a banana split, in 1/2/3 scoops or customized creature creations. I just noticed that ice creams here are a bit expensive when bought in scoops/cones/customized creature creations. They have a book for customized ice cream cakes that you can pre-order in a variety of sizes, flavors and designs. They have a few tables and chairs where you can sit to enjoy your sweet treats. In summation, our experience is satisfactory, nothing super special, a nice place to go to when you are craving for an ice cream. Ko

Nice amount of off street parking.Big location so you don't feel cramped.ordering can be a frustrating with masks since the bit old guy working there has a hard time understanding and communicating

I normally don't enter stores right now given the current pandemic. I had to go in today to get ice cream for reasons I would rather not go into. The employee serving me did not wear gloves. She handled the ice cream scooper without gloves. She handed me spoons without gloves. I asked do you have gloves twice and did not get a response. I ended up tossing the ice cream. I didn't feel good about giving it to the person it was intended for.

I order an Disney charter for my God daughter, first when I call to find out is cake is ready for pick up, they couldn't lacal my order. Then after few minutes, then found it. I pick up and the ice cream cake was beautiful ?. It made her birthday , she was she happy

Baskin-robbins has a small parking lot but it is ok because there ice cream is delicious! Their different ways of shakes,ice cream flavors and sundaes is amazing

My go to for DD and Baskin. However sometimes I can’t get ice cream late at night?? How hard is it to scoop ice cream and didn’t know it had to be during specific times when the establishment is open 24 hours. ??♂️
