The absolute worst baskin robins ever. Not only did they not speak English and have a blank face when asked a question, they grabbed a cone with bare hands after touching counters and other items. I can’t believe how bad this Dunkin’ is! So bad, that when you search it on google maps it isn’t even there (it’s listed as Baskin Robbins). I moved to the neighborhood a few weeks ago and their track record thus far is awful. The drive through line is always long and both times I’ve used it I’ve had to go back to get my drink corrected. So I just go inside, but it’s not much better in there. This place has a serious problem and management has their work cut out for them. I go to the location on Grand Ave now instead.
