My daughter ordered a cake for her boyfriends birthday this is what she ordered vs what she got YALL employees have to do better people want what they paid for there was no effort put into this cake ?

Try to order a birthday cake for my granddaughter's birthday. She wanted an ice cream cake and I spoke to the woman who made it who said pick it up on Saturday. When I called on Friday to check on it they told me she would not be in on Saturday. She had specifically told me not to expect the name or the decorations put on the cake until we showed up so they wouldn't be left holding a cake with someone else's name on it if we never came.But if she was not going to be there herself on Saturday who is going to decorate the cake and put my granddaughter's name on it.? Now they won't pick up the phone and I can't talk to anyone not the manager or anyone in the store. I don't know if there is even a cake in existence. Most unprofessional service I have ever encountered

We just stopped by here to pick up doughnuts and coffee. This is a very small establishment. Service was quick and fast

Good service but some of the ice cream here looks like it's part melted and refrozen, I had one scoop of 'ice cream of the month' Pumpkin Cheesecake ice cream, it was disappointing, tasted stale and oxidised due to exposure to air, no flavour just fatty & greasy, I nearly just threw it in the trash.I'm not sure they look after their products properly.

Good service but some of the ice cream here looks like it's part melted and refrozen, I had one scoop of 'ice cream of the month' Pumpkin Cheesecake ice cream, it was disappointing, tasted stale and oxidised due to exposure to air, no flavour just fatty & greasy, I nearly just threw it in the trash.
