The women behind the counter had her back turned and when I was trying to get her attention to purchase some ice cream by simply saying “ hello excuse me” she turned around rolled her eyes and proceeded to give me my order she placed a spoon in my ice cream and handed it to me without a cover or bag I then asked her to cover it and place it in a bag she handed me both the cover and the bag for me to do it myself. I politely paid for my order and walked out I will be calling and complaining about her as well this type of customer service has to end.
Bought ice cream with waffle cone. Guy gave me one from display case and it was bad. Cone was soggy from the moment I got it. Idk how long it was sitting there.
This place is so nasty and unprofessionalTheir condiments are expired!!!!!
This is a typical Dunkin/Baskin Robbins store. The store is small but the employees are really friendly.
It is relatively busy location but service is good. Staff is courteous and friendly. Food quality is same as you would get in any Dunkin Donut location
Did not honor the app coupon for a free scoop
the best DD in queens , clean, organized and fast service, I never seen a good manager in DD like this.
It's small but they are good to and my kids <3
Super slow and bad service and i could swear portions are smaller :-/
Very slow here, but I think it's more the customers fault.
