Horrible costumer service. My little sister and I went in for ice cream at this Location. We wanted to try out the creature creation for the first time. As the lady started serving us we kindly told her we wanted the creature creation, and she said “which one” and started pointing at the box showcasing the creature creations. Since it was our first time ordering, we wanted to make sure we could choose our flavor. We assumed each Creature Creation came with a specific character assigned to a set flavor, especially since the lady was pointing to them in the display box as she showed the options. I asked her if we can pick our flavor or if they come like that as shown in the picture she was pointing at. Instead of clarifying my doubt she kept screaming “which one” and kept saying that and even started increasing her volume. I told her I’m not understanding and she eventually and rudely stated that we can pick a character and our desired flavor. Honestly, I was annoyed at that point since that’s what I was asking from the beginning. We eventually choose a character and she rudely gave us a nasty face and rolled her eyes at us. She kept giving us attitude with her facial expressions and even as we checked out. And in top of that, the ice cream was soft and started melting as we left the store. I WILL NOT be returning, the lady was rude to me and not only that, but to my little sisters for simply wanting clarification.

This Baskin-Robbins is perfectly adequate. It might not be fast, and the staff might not be very nice, but you’ll get some ice cream.
There’s a little seating inside, which is nice, but overall, the experience isn’t going to blow you away or anything. On the bright side, you can get some Dunkin while you’re here too.

During the pandemic Dunkin Donuts was closed; they didn't open not even for pick up. Now that we are in stage 4 they are not allowing the families to enjoy ice-cream in their bench outside of the store. That is unfair!!; all restaurants are allowing their costumers to seat outside of the restaurants and enjoy a family time so why can't Dunkin donuts allow their clients to seat in the table outside of the store?? I wonder why?? that really pits me up when I try to have an ice cream time with my nieces last Friday, but not! we couldn't. Fix that Donkin Dunkin!!
