Came into the store for a 3 scoop ice cream and a large chocolate shake. The person at the counter charges me before he makes the ice cream. I say "what if you don't have the flavors I want?" But he doesn't respond. He makes the three scoop ice cream and when it's time for my chocolate shake, he tells me that he's sorry but there's no more chocolate. 1. He could have went in the back and got more chocolate but he was lazy 2. I asked for my money back and he only gave me 7 dollars. I'm pretty sure that didn't account for the tax he charged me on my original order and when I look up a large shake on UberEats, it says 9 dollars. So did this place steal a couple dollars from me? Poor business practices. Not happy with this. Their ice cream also has frost on it meaning that it's not fresh or well kept. This place is receiving only 1 star for this. I'd recommend going somewhere else.

So this Baskin-Robbins is actually part of the Baskin-Robbins and Dunkin' Donuts store combo. It's very conveniently located in the small shopping center with plenty of parking!
