Worse customer service ever from the ladies that work there. Rude, ignores people and incompetent. Owner needs to hire better staff or continue losing customers.

Cashier was switching between register as we were ordering, and we could barely hear/understand cashier, who didn’t repeat what she was saying when we requested for repetition. We wanted a large lava cake latte, a box of donuts (of 6), and a chicken and bacon croissant. When we were ordering, we started out by saying 1 donut but then changed to a box of donuts. Upon getting the receipt, the extra donut was included. At first we were going to let it slide. Upon giving just the box of the donuts, since she didn’t get it yet, we then decided to request a refund, as we didn’t want the extra donut anymore. We requested a refund multiple times but the cashier only replied that she’s giving it to us now. Cashier essentially didn’t want to refund it. Later we get a coolada instead of a latte, and was told they don’t have the latte. We then realize that the drink order was wrong on the receipt as well. We would have appreciated if we were told they didn’t have the drink rather than getting the wrong order. Disappointing experience from beginning to end.

Restaurant has yet to successfully fulfill a delivery order. Didn’t mean to order from them this time but was quickly reminded how terrible this location is in general for my mistake.
