Each and every time I come here they manage to get something in my order wrong. They never know how to use promos or coupons. My least favorite Dunkin/baskin Robbin’s.

First they gave me a milkshake with nuts when i explicitly ordered something without nuts. Then they ran out of multiple flavors but didn't reflect this on their ubereats page so I got to deal with that headache

I wanted to buy the beach sundae flavor scoop. After I paid, the cashier told me there is no beach sundae flavor. This can be 100% be avoided, yet she didn’t bother to check before I paid. Afterwards there are no apologies. It is frustrating that I am paying for the consequences of the store workers mistake

That Dunkin’ Donuts used to be good the donuts are smarter and they get your cheeks wrong and when they have to remake it they don’t do it right away if they have a line they take care of the line 1st then they go back to your drink that’s not good customer service

it was a very hot day and felt like having ice cream and Baskin Robbins ice cream shop was in close vicinity. They have you lot of good choices so can try a different flavour every time you go if you wish.
