First they gave me a milkshake with nuts when i explicitly ordered something without nuts. Then they ran out of multiple flavors but didn't reflect this on their ubereats page so I got to deal with that headache

I wanted to buy the beach sundae flavor scoop. After I paid, the cashier told me there is no beach sundae flavor. This can be 100% be avoided, yet she didn’t bother to check before I paid. Afterwards there are no apologies. It is frustrating that I am paying for the consequences of the store workers mistake

I was disappointed to find that Baskin-Robbins had limited options for those with dietary restrictions. Their vegan and gluten-free choices were scarce and uninspiring.

That Dunkin’ Donuts used to be good the donuts are smarter and they get your cheeks wrong and when they have to remake it they don’t do it right away if they have a line they take care of the line 1st then they go back to your drink that’s not good customer service

This is an AWESOME DD!! They're so speedy and efficient during the AM rush and they never get my orders wrong. (Unlike the DD in Queensboro Plaza...) Love this place.
