Honestly could be a lot better, I don't wanna diss this place or anything but I wouldn't return, the flavor the service worker recommended was dreadful, just out of curiosity I picked another one randomly it was ok but not my cup of tea.

Best part that I love going to Baskin & Dunkin is I can get a delicious ice cream and any beverage during summer. I like heading there when I use my scooter to the top and get my ice cream.

Best part that I love going to Baskin & Dunkin is I can get a delicious ice cream and any beverage during summer. I like heading there when I use my scooter to the top and get my ice cream.
Was a bit of a wait in line, cashiers seemed to have trouble understanding some customers and were taking extra time with each one, but I wouldn't put that entirely on the cashiers as some customers were pretty indecisive. The vanilla iced coffees we got were mixed fine and tasted great, so from my experience they got the order right. With only 3 workers on shift I'm not surprised they were getting a little backed up, but they were trying to process the orders quickly. Currently not allowing customers to have their coffee/food inside, and no benches or outdoor seating.

The ongoing pandemic has definitely taken a toll on a lot of businesses and public places since a consumer’s mindset to buy anything outside of essentials or to visit a public place like a park or beach, has crippled down significantly. Now by living with what has become the new normal, it is commendable on how these businesses and public places continue to remain open and cater to the general public by following the safety standards. It is now all the more important that we as customers, support these heroes during these dark hours to mankind.Having said that, it’s also important to provide a good customer experience. We went there to check out the Baskin Robbins ice cream that shares the Dunkin joint. We waited along not to find anyone coming to help us with the tasting. Finally a lady showed up but before that we picked ice cream packs from the refrigerator and get them checked out.Another old lady joined the party and felt very annoyed with our questions. We tried explaining that we were only trying to get ice cream tasted. She then gave us samplings but we decided to pass them off as they didn’t taste fresh. We just got the pack checked out and left the place.
