Ordered a 25$ sandwich off the kiosk... Went to sit down and got kicked out that I cannot sit cause it's atake-out ticket... There was literally nobody acting as a waiter... My 25$ sandwich didn't even come constructed... This place sucks. I also feel that I've been discriminated against for my appearance... I may be covered in tattoos and piercings but I am a paying customer none the less...oh and it was missing onions đŸ€Ł

Worst airport dining experience ever, which says quite a bit. Unbelievably bad food, pricey, and atrocious service. Be warned.

Yikes. 26.91 plus a tip (which you honestly don’t deserve cause I’m not sure there was even alcohol in it) for a Bloody Mary that tastes like a college kid threw it together with no garnishes or anything? Like
.it LOOKS like it should be $8-10 dollars at the most.

Didn’t even bother ordering food- distinct lack of caring and at this price point- I need more.

One of the worst dining and hospitality experiences of my life. The bartender there handed us menus and we ordered smoothies off the menu while we looked further at the food. He said we couldn’t order smoothies because there wasn’t any alcohol in them. We explained we didn’t drink alcohol but that these smoothies looked good and were on the menu. He said he wouldn’t serve them. I said that doesn’t make much since since they’re more expensive than the beers. He said we seemed to only want to sit at the restaurant to be comfortable and charge our phone, he told us to leave and go to the gate or Starbucks. We said we had already got to the gate area which was a 10 minute walk back to Starbucks and my mom walks well but has pain in her knee. He said he didn’t care and said again he wouldn’t serve us. I asked for the manager and he said no. Honestly this guy seemed to want to do more than ruin our fun girls trip, I honestly have never experienced anyone so mean and hateful. I don’t mind short or even impatient waiters, I’ve worked in the industry and I know it’s not easy. But this guy hates his job and made us feel unsafe and targeted. I hope he’s fired immediately. We were there at 2:30 on 11/7 and he was the only person working behind the bar. I suggest firing him immediately.

It’s the only food/drink in a distant/desperate section in an airport in the most expensive city in the country, what do yall expect pricing-wise? I don’t get the bad reviews, of course it’s expensive but service was solid and my sando was better than many $25 sandwiches I’ve had in airports. Align your expectations for the situation/where you are and you’ll be fine.

Prices are outrageous even for monopolized lower level space. Owner/manager is beyond rude -aggressively hostile. But why not - no returning customers just travelers passing through who are trapped with lousy atmosphere, barely adequate food, high prices and abrasive service. Walk back upstairs to anything else.

Never in my life have I ordered a 25.00 breakfast sandwich, and of course they don't advertise their price, and it had powdered eggs on it. This place is the worst do not go here!

Ordred Avacado toast without the egg had the slightest amount of green spread which didnt taste like avacado. I asked for more spread and they said no. Bad experience spending $22 on bread.

Food was good, service not great. we ordered at the kiosk and they didn’t tell us muffins were self service for take out. I ordered chicken noodle soup and my order was ready about 5-10 minutes. Then for my daughter, she ordered chocolate chunk muffin and buttered croissant. We waited for that order at least like 20 minutes. Then came to the lady at the front who’s giving out orders, and asked for our muffin and croissant. all she said was,” we dont have any chocolate muffins, just grab whatever ones are left.” and “we dont have any buttered croissants.” but didn’t even dare to check. afterwards she asked the people behind the window making food, and gave the croissant. the room was small and crowds were forming making hard to hear my order.

The club sandwich is not a club. It was just a sandwich with white bread. No bread between two lawyers. Just one layer. Just a simple turkey sandwich. Pretty misleading.

One of the best Reuben’s I’ve had and my wife loved the Italian chicken pesto sandwhich. A bit on the expensive side. Skip the kiosk and go to the bar to order your meal.
