For starters, being a local who’s been working in the bar industry (craft beer, specifically) for a few years, Aftermath is an absolute gem. Watching their cocktail and spirits focus expand under Rudy has been a joy- their menu is eclectic, wild, ambitious, but always palatable and approachable. Everything feels intentional and grounded, blending a rich catalogue of familiar and adventurous flavors. The beer program seems as strong as ever, which coming from being under Bierwax’s (the fantastic (and still advising/influencing??) Maestro’s) direction, is a huge compliment. You can expect a tightly curated and varied selection of regional, hyper-local, and import brews on draft and in cans/bottles that easily competes with some of the better known taprooms in the city. They’re introducing expanded snack/food options as well, which I’m looking forward to.I could go on and on… The atmosphere. The simple but pleasing decor and layout. The vinyl listening experience, live performers and events. The weekend DJ’ing that always feels natural, fun, integrated, and completely unforced. The service that makes you feel welcome, valued, and cared for way beyond what you’d expect of a relatively upscale craft beverage bar.Aftermath is just one of those places where you have to really stretch to find something wrong with it, and they’re obviously only going to get better with time. Best of luck ?

This place is out of control. The level of alchemy of the cocktails, the beer selection, and the ambience are all on point. For a place to deliver as crisply as this place does makes you wonder if you’ve found the best bar that exists outside of Manhattan… the answer is, you

I can’t get enough lol !! I’ve been here couple times and they never disappoint. Rudy & the rest of the staff are friendly, attentive and welcoming. They have amazing cocktails, with a Unique taste and all the ingredients are fresh. My favorite cocktail is “VOLVIO LA TRAICIONERA” I had to many . Also, they have a good selection of draft beer. This place is so cozy and creative, perfect to relax and have a sip of your drink after a long day.Must try the food here, authentic flavor. Chef Frances, your empanadas are delicious (Cocotazo LLC). I will definitely keep coming back !

$16 + tips for the most expensive cocktail in the menu Zombies with extremely small amount of liquid that will be finished in two sips - it’s 90% ice. I’ve never seen such a small cocktail with almost no alcohol in the whole Brooklyn and Manhattan. Bierwax had 100% much better cocktails - I’m telling it as a local in this neighborhood. Don’t go here anymore - it’s not worth it

Came here on a cold Saturday after having dinner nearby. Impressive cocktail menu, but the drinks looked overly complicated and the bartended told me the one I was interested in is on the sweeter side. I just opted for a Negroni and surprisingly it was one of the best Negroni’s I’ve had. I’m not sure what they use, but the ingredients are very well balanced (not your typical overly bitter Negroni). The staff is friendly with a nice upbeat energy. Music was groovy and my friend enjoyed her wine, she said she was able to taste the subtle fruity notes in the rosè. Overall, it’s a really cool spot, I’d probably return.

First time experience at this newly cocktail bar. Great overall, place feels warm and comfortable. Feels like you lounging with couple friends and listening to old tunes. I am a very picky and judgemental with drinks and food. Let me say that the drinks here are top notch. High quality and authentic flavor drinks. This here is call " Volvio la traicionera" . If you love mezcal this drink you would really appreciate.

Always a vibe when it come to the vinyl dj’s and craft beer! Bartenders are super cool. If you wanna taste a beer before you buy there great at explaining the flavors. They have a food vendor type thing / it’s not bad but it’s not amazing either. It’s cool for a light bit . I recommend if you’re just looking to vibe to some music with friends after work !Parking: Might need to circle the blocks a few times if going on a weekday

Great aesthetic. Gives off a more chill and relaxed energy with the lighting, couches, and giant collection of records that they use for music. The cider I had was delicious and unique
