there was hair in my food after my second time ordering around when they first opened the queens location from here at the bottom of the container once i ate all the fries, i didn’t think it was fair to give another place a review for hair and not this place regardless if i had left a good review on my first order, food was still good but i never ordered since after finding the hair because of pricing which is not on them it’s lobster it’s just expensive to drop $45 on such little food constantly, there location pin was wrong so delivery drivers couldn’t find the place and would cancel, the hair and the small portion of fries

I ordered a lobster roll at this location I was extremely disappointing because it only had maybe four pieces of lobster inside. The Brooklyn location waa just as bad I ordered the lemon pepper wings they fried my wings so hard after asking them not too wet back inside & they had the nerve to tell me its nothing thru can do about it unbelievable never again

The lobster grilled cheese was so delicious, buttery with a lot of flavor I didn’t like the seasoned fries only because they were to oily.. every bite was a burst of oil in my mouth.. the flavor was good…

I really don't like leaving "bad" reviews but I'm hella disappointed in our experience here. Me and my husband came in yesterday as I saw a groupon deal and copped it. Since I've been on a lobster roll kick, I was soooo down to try BK Lobster. The place is cute, and I like the décor. It's takeout only which was totally fine with us. We are car/park grubbers so we don't mind.I ordered the Bed-Stuy Biggie Roll and my husband ordered the Connecticut roll. My Biggie roll was $6 MORE than my husbands, and there was literally NO difference between mine and his. That honestly was super annoying. On top of that our sandwiches were BARELY warm and so were the soggy fries (That killed it for us).I also ordered the Lobster Mac and Cheese which came luke warm. Like who really wants luke warm Mac n Cheese?!?! (Esp with lobster in it?!)I'm reading the other reviews, and they're pretty positive. Maybe we came on a "bad day".. idk but our meal wasn't cheap . I just can't be bothered to ever go back but I do wish them the best with business.

This place is iffy. I only order the lobster salad. Most times it's a miss. They are VERY skimpy with the lobster so it's like I'm paying 20 dollars on just a regular salad. Smh. Please do better.

Lobster roll was way too small for the price. Tasted good but it was the smallest lobster roll I ever seen in my life. Don’t get tricked by the pictures online.

Not enough lobster in the lobster roll classic, instead of adding meat they use a huge piece of lettuce to fill the roll up. Not worth the money. I could of gone to fish market and brought a whole live lobster.French fries over salted.Lobster Mac and cheese was okay.

We are always very happy when a new Black business opens in our community. Jamaica! The food cost the same as those lobster trucks we buy from in Harlem. ( always around $20 for a lobster sandwich). The food was good except for the biscuits. I don't think the folks working there want to be there, however; The teenager who greeted me said 15 mins. I waited in my car. Went in after 15 mins. And was told fryer was down need another 15-20 mins. This placed the young workers in a bad position to deal with a possibly irate customer (me) as the adult or adults were in the back. I took notice and kept my emotions in check, it's not the kids fault, the adults are corny for leaving them up front like that. Finally, food ready , nothing for my inconvenience was offered to me. An extra something or apology goes a long way. The adult was upfront when I came in for the food and could careless about what occurred. You can order for pickup which may be the way to go for this establishment.
